Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Our cozy apartment is located in the beautiful Hungarian district of Inheiden Very centrally located, the highway is only 5 minutes away. From there you can quickly reach Gießen, Friedberg, Frankfurt, Hanau etc. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful lake with 2 beach bars. Great cycling and hiking trails surrounded by meadows, forests and streams. The Vogelsberg is also not too far away. Summer toboggan run, climbing forest, winter sports and much more…

The accommodation is a simple little cottage in a very quiet location on the edge of a holiday settlement. The house has two small bedrooms, each with a double bed, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. It is equipped with everything you need for living and relaxing.

Beautiful apartment with extensive views of nature. A large balcony with lots of sun and outdoor furniture invites you to have breakfast on the balcony. An infrared cabin for 2 people is available for the cold days. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, icebox, oven etc. are available for cooking. Chickens and horses are right around the house Own horses can also be brought along for a fee. Guest boxes and paddocks are available.

Sheikh House "Living in a historic barn"

More than 20 years ago we bought the Sheikh House, a single house in the beautiful volcanic region of Vogelsberg. In the past, the farmhouse consisted of a dwelling house, a stable and the barn. We both worked in tourism and managed a holiday village for a long time. When we retired, we decided: This is not possible without guests! We have always dreamed of remodeling the old barn of our house – and now was just the right time.

Feldkrücken, near Ulrichstein, is a small, non-touristy, very quiet place near the highest mountain in the Vogelsberg, the Hoher Rodkopf, 4 kilometers away. Up there, not only a wonderful panoramic view, but also a well-run restaurant with excellent cuisine offers some attractions, such as a summer toboggan run, a climbing forest, or treetop trail. There are of course also many hiking trails, including a volcano hiking trail.
