Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor with lift accessible. In the room there is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and WiFi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is about 7 minutes to the center in Ulm and the Ulm Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 minutes. Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! From the underground parking space, it is a few steps by elevator to the apartment with balcony balcony, on the second floor.

The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.
