New, bright cottage close to beach and water

Fjord, beach, forest and a holiday in peace. Our cottage is modern and new, but cozy and charming with lots of soul. The garden is large, with 2 ponds and 3 terraces where there is room for everyone. The house is very suitable for active families with children. There are plenty of toys, games and bikes, large trampoline for the kids, and a fire pit. The house is located on a quiet, closed road down to Lammefjorden only 2 houses away from the water. Located in Kisserup Strand, about a 45-minute drive from Copenhagen.

A large window offers a picturesque view of Holbæk Fjord, revealing calm waters and greenery outside. Light streams into the interior, highlighting a soft bed and furniture nearby. Outdoor seating is visible on a deck, inviting relaxation in the tranquil surroundings.

Absolutely stunning beautiful location directly to Holbæk Fjord with Bognæs Forest in the backyard. Rich opportunity for lovely nature experiences. On the grounds there is its own shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cabin itself is set up as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds that are best suited for children. At Bognæs there is a very special atmosphere and you completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with an outdoor shower. Welcome!

We had a really great time at Lars’s cosy summerhouse. Great location - just a 15-minute walk to the beach along a lovely green path. The backyard feels very private, surrounded by trees and plants. Everything you need for everyday life is there, so it really feels like home. The kids were thrilled to find lots of toys, especially the huge trampoline. Lars is a very friendly host - communication was easy, and he answered all our questions right away. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A light-filled living area features wood-paneled walls and a vaulted ceiling. Soft seating arrangements include a sectional sofa and an ottoman. Views of the garden are visible through large glass doors that open to the outdoor space, enhancing the room's airy ambiance.
