Planta baja con salida directa a una calle con un precioso arroyo con caudal los días de lluvia y un puente de piedra muy antiguo, multitud de rutas de senderismo, para disfrutar de la naturaleza tanto en invierno como en verano, situado al lado de la piscina municipal. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha, frigorífico con congelador. Chimenea. Terraza soleada. Cuna de viaje.
