Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Experience SEEMOMENTS. Our apartments are located in a beautiful corner house, a stone's throw from the lake. All apartments are flooded with light. In just 50 steps you are right in front of Lake Constance on the Überlingen waterfront. Along the lake you come to the lido and then it continues towards the riverside park. Numerous restaurants can be found on the waterfront. The pier is within walking distance as well as the train and bus station. A parking garage is one street away.

BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.
