Cèline is an amazing host - proactive, flexible and reaponsive. Her property is tidy and clean and matches the description. The complex Greenlife provides a lot of facilities for families and children, but parking is tricky. Parking is either pricey (15 bgn half day) or the free spots along the road are possible to find only in the late afternoon and 10 mins walking from the apartment.

Great, unique apartment with everything you need in a peaceful gated community. Vladimir is a great host, who met and showed us everything at our arrival.

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

I had a great, month-long, stay here. The apartment matched the photos and was clean, the complex shares a pool with the hotel; the one drawback of this is that there is a very loud kids dance session at 8pm every day. Perla beach is lovely, I recommend surfboard and windsurfing rent/lessons from Akasha surf - they also have a co-working space on the beach. Snorkeling at Crocodile Rock is also a lot of fun. My favourite restaurants were Tiki Bar and Bistro Nikola. But Sozopol is a short taxi/bus ride away with lots more restaurants and bars and an interesting old town. The washing machine broke whilst I was there but Kristina was very quick to organise a replacement. The cooking appliances consist of a kettle, microwave and air fryer. The WiFi can be quite slow at some points during the day. Overall the apartment was great value for money and I had a very enjoyable month!

We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

Beautiful place so comfortable and nice with everything you need to stay and cook if you want. The host was really nice and helpful.. The nature and the sea was incredible. I recommend it with all of my heart.

Excellent property, very clean and well maintained. All kitchen equipment is brand new and stain free. Leads of plates and cutlery. The host great at communicating and quick to reply.

The apartment is fantastic, clean, convenient, has all amenities, the garden is cute and convenient and we could watch the sunrise from our bed! We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable and clean place with a beautiful sea view. The place is perfect for a couple, spacious with a terrasse. A lot of light and air. The host was very kind and helpful, she provided us with easy-to-follow instructions for smooth check-in. We loved the location - it was distant from the crowded places in Lozenetz, but still not too far from the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

We stayed a week instead of eight family members. The house was in great condition and pampering and well equipped. Drina lives next to us and assisted us immediately with every request. We note that there was only a little need for help. The main attraction for us was the stunning rocky coastline visible from the three directions of the house and the yard extends to it. We enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies or in the yard and looking at the sea and also having family meals in front of the sea.

Anna’s villa had all necessary amenities to enjoy a great holiday. Built using high quality materials, extremely clean and close to the seaside, it offers a fine level of confort. We were with the six of us and we didn’t feel we’ve invaded each other’s privacy space. Anna was extremely helpful and responded fast to all of my requests. She provided us with helpful tips and information. If I should think of something, we might have liked a lazy chair/ armchair in the living-room. Thank you once again for everything, Anna. We had a lovely time.

Georgi's apartment is just a dream to be a dream to be in. The view from the terrace on the 5th floor is almost 180° and much nicer than in the photos. The endless sea ahead, the mountains on the side. In the evening, the seagulls fly very close in the bronze light. At night, a thousand stars glow directly above you and you see something almost nowhere to see, the Milky Way. If you stay longer, the moon will roll out of the sea opposite. If you get up earlier you can watch the sunrise. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Fresh vegetables are sold directly from the gardens on the street, but there are also shops and a good bakery as well as some restaurants nearby. The beach is 2 minutes away. The apartment is sparkling clean and with Georgi you are accommodated like a good friend. All in all: a gem. We will definitely be back!

The villa is really great - luxurious, stylish, new, suitable for relaxation and rest. The garden was amazing, well maintained, very green and providing the necessary privacy around the pool. We spent most of our time around the pool. The open space of the living room gives the opportunity to have the feeling you are living in the garden. The area is quiet and at the same time very close to the center of Lozenets village. There are several restaurants that deliver food, so if you don’t want to be out in the village, you can enjoy your dinner at the villa. We liked Oasis beach. Not so crowded, nice bar, we liked Petros restaurant there for lunch. We had a great time at the villa. I was impressed by the amenities that were provided in the villa, everything that we could need was there. I am so happy we have chosen Sunset villa for our vacation. Definitely would like to return again.

My family and I spent a wonderful week end at Valentin’s house in Vasiliko, Tzarevo - a very nice, and quiet place right on the beach. We enjoyed our time on the terrace with perfect view to the sea and the swimming pool - a good option for off-season holiday. Easy and friendly communication with the host, who helped us in everything. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we felt like home. We wish we had more time to spend there. We would certainly recommend the place to our friends!
