The apartment is on the upper floor, which can be reached via a wide staircase. From the apartment there is a beautiful view of a park. In the apartment there are two 140 cm double beds, one of which is a bunk bed. Therefore, for example, two adults can sleep downstairs and 2 children from 2 to 12 years can sleep upstairs. The large, bright and sunny first floor apartment in a quiet but central residential area with large windows to the garden is in a cozy wooden house from the 1930s that we have carefully renovated. It is fully equipped (including bed linens and towels), has a great kitchen from Miele, Nespresso machine and a large smart TV. There is very good Wi-Fi and is ideal for home office (high-quality office chair, monitor and desk). Approx. 70 square meters, parquet flooring.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district of Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and a lot of light comes into the apartment through the large windows, with all windows equipped with shutters.
