Vacation rentals with a patio in Tunuyán

Ignacio was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a beautiful building with mountain views and very close to the big and beautiful San Martin park. The grocery stores are very close. It is about 30 minutes walk to the popular restaurant area in the downtown, but one can take an Uber very easily as well. I would recommend this property.

We spent an incredible few days at the accommodation, the guys were super attentive and friendly, in fact, they let us check in early and check out late; the place is just like the photos and the location is EXCELLENT, we are super happy, and we would definitely choose it again. 💘 The apartment is complete, with a great cellar and super clean, don't hesitate for a second! Perfect place to be able to walk around and go to local bars and restaurants. As well as perfect walking distance to large park and shopping. Gustavo was a great host and very responsive, provided great suggestions for things to do and see before we visited. The place is perfect for a couple looking to explore all that Mendoza has to offer. Clean and easy to access with parking on the street. The place felt very secure as well as the street the bnb is on.

The accommodation has everything you need with a beautiful garden (with a pool and grill) that allows you to enjoy nature. You can walk to the center or take an Uber easily.

From the beautiful and modern apartment, to the attention to detail and cleanliness, added to the constant attention and good predisposition of Luciano, made this experience a luxury! I recommend it!

Everything works perfectly and you can see the care they've put into every detail. Impeccable cleanliness, order and amenities. Well located near the main wineries of Luján de Cuyo and a 20-minute drive to downtown MDZ. Arminda was in contact at all times and always attentive to ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Impeccable option from the start. Fluid communication. The house is the same or better even than in the photos: nice details of decoration, books available, comfort in the main beds, boiler and very good water! lights and kitchen and bathroom features, very good. Super recommended! We will definitely return in time to make use of patio and pool! Within Chacras, this part is great because it is close to the downtown area but the house is located in a very quiet area. Santiago and his family, a 10/10 as hosts!!

Mariana and Martin were available at all times, giving us tips on what to do in the city. The house is very good and is meters from Aristides.

The view from the accommodation is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. Rodrigo was attentive from minute 1 and was very friendly. Having a pantry in the accommodation is VERY USEFUL. I recommend this place 100% and we will definitely go back because the experience is a 10/10. 🤗 We fell in love with this place 😍

This home is new , neat and clean. It matches with the photos . It is close to many bodegas and there are good restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation in Fernando's house was great. The house is very comfortable, we found it very clean and tidy. It has plenty of cooking amenities if you like. The neighborhood in which it is located is very nice and also Fernando was always attentive to us in case we need anything. He even recommended us several places and helped us book a visit to a large winery that is very close to the house. I recommend 100%

Spacious place with a great location. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean and organized. For cold days there is hot air conditioning that helps a lot. The shower is very good too. I recommend it!

It is a Wonderfull apartment clean, spacious and very nice views day and night. I wish the warm water supply was better. I will rent it again any time!
