La casa di Rabaa è bellissima, situata nella Medina in una posizione perfetta. La zona è tranquilla, a pochi passi si trovano tutti i punti di attrazione principali. La casa è bella, spaziosa e ben fornita. Il terrazzino è un punto bonus. La consiglierei a chiunque voglia trascorrere le sue vacanze a Tunisi!

We absolutely loved the apartment! The jacuzzi was perfect, bedroom was amazing and location was exactly what we wanted and needed! Host was super friendly and answered my messages immediately! Television had every single channel u could imagine and the back yard was beautiful! Will definitely return! Thank you for everything my new friend!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de la semaine passée chez Mohamed, qui a été de loin l’hôte le plus accueillant qu’on ait connu. Le logement est insonorisé, donc nous n’étions pas exposés au bruit de l’extérieur. Le quartier est agréable et proche de la très belle plage de Mahdia. Le logement bénéficie de tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin et était confortable. Les serviettes sont par ailleurs changées tous les deux jours. Mes enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir profiter du bassin donnant sur le balcon, avec une jolie vue. Je recommande et espère pouvoir y revenir.

Un séjour parfait à Sidi Bou Saïd ! L’accueil était impeccable : instructions claires, communication fluide, grande réactivité. Un grand merci à Mohamed et Seif pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement était propre, confortable et fidèle à l’annonce, avec une petite attention très appréciée : de l’eau disponible à l’arrivée (un vrai plus en arrivant dans une nouvelle ville). Je garde précieusement cette adresse et la recommande avec grand plaisir. Une valeur sûre si vous passez par Sidi Bou Saïd !

Mohamed's place is as advertised. Spacious older style apartment. Quiet .Great location for visiting Tunis. Restaurants, shops etc. all very close. Mohamed is a very responsive host and stayed in touch during my stay to make sure everything was ok. Good value for money. Would stay again.

砂漠の中のオアシスにある伝統的な家の雰囲気を感じられる、素晴らしい滞在先です。砂が多いエリアですが、家の中はよく掃除されていました！街の中心部からも歩ける、ちょうど良い距離感です レンガでできた構造のためかインターネットの電波がやや届きづらいですが(屋上は繋がります)、この場所ではデジタルデトックスがおすすめです。とても魅力的なエリアなので、仕事するには不向きです。 Moustaphaさんに相談すれば、ツアーの手配の依頼も可能で、かなりお得だと感じました。 水まわりの設備もしっかりしています。「砂漠地域のairbnbには泊まるのは勇気がいる」と思っている方にもおすすめしたい宿泊先です

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette charmante maison, nichée au cœur de la médina de Tunis. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l'accueil chaleureux et l'attention portée à notre confort. Notre hôte est même venu nous chercher à l'aéroport à 1h15 du matin. Ce geste généreux a grandement facilité notre arrivée et témoigne de l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de notre hôte. La maison elle-même est un véritable havre de paix, alliant le charme authentique de la médina au confort moderne. Chaque détail est soigneusement pensé pour offrir une expérience agréable et reposante. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer les ruelles pittoresques de la médina et découvrir les trésors culturels de Tunis. La maison est très bien décorée et meublée avec goût, ce qui la rend très agréable à vivre. Elle est idéalement située, dans un quartier calme et proche de toutes les commodités. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un séjour très réussi, merci encore !

This place is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and close to everything there is to enjoy in Hammamet. The photos are very accurate but the place is actually more impressive, there is a stunning vaulted ceiling with a skylight. The architecture ensures that the house has good airflow and stays at a comfortable temperature even in the heat. The bedrooms stay very cool for comfortable sleeping and the beds are firm and very comfortable. The house is decorated with a lot of beautiful artwork and crafts. The bathrooms and the kitchen have beautiful tiles and are very clean. The jacuzzi on the roof is nice and clean and private. Location is great, it's easy to walk to the beach and all the great restaurants and spas. Saoussen and her parents are lovely hosts, very welcoming and always available. We needed help finding the front door and then connecting to the internet and they replied right away and with great kindness. I have stayed in many Airbnbs in Tunisia and this is my favorite!

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et c’est toujours un plaisir ! L’appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé. Amine est toujours aussi accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir une troisième fois !

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πάρα πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και ευρύχωρο. Ιδανική τοποθεσία, ήσυχος δρόμος με καλή καφετέρια στην είσοδο και πολύ κοντά στην Μεδίνα και στον κεντρικό δρόμο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay! The flat is absolutely perfect … very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything you might need. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. I arrived three hours later than planned due to road conditions, and the host waited patiently to hand me the keys in person. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Good value apartment, well equipped and spacious. The neighborhood of El Wahat has everything for daily needs in walking distance, and centrally located near airport, and about 10 dinar taxi to city centre or la marsa. I stayed a couple months and the host was very responsive to any needs and very nice to deal with. I would recommend this place.

This place is very Far from the centre Sousse. You are in out skirts of the city. The host is very cooperative, very Responsive. The place itself is beautiful, clean and spacious . We are literally on the beach . A posh but very economical Cafe/Restaurant, La Costa, is next door. Awesome breakfast and brunches . If you do not have any issue with the distance from the city, this place is for you.
