Villa vacation rentals in Tunis

As soon as you step foot into this home, you won’t want to leave!!! Every inch of the home is immaculate. All the finishes are top of the line, and make you feel as if you’re in complete luxury at every turn. Sunlight in every room, spacious yard and plenty of balcony space on the top levels. You won’t find better in Tunis. My family and I are truly in love with this home. Thank you again to the incredible hosts, they make you feel right at home and are there for any need you may have! 🫶🏽

The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

Rented to accommodate part of my family for my wedding, the Villa proposed by Samira did more than meet our expectations. Well equipped and maintained, it has above all a real charm with many mosaics and magnificent stained glass windows. Samira was also a quality host for both her availability and kindness. Finally, in terms of positioning, you will have to take taxis or rent a car to get around, but the placement of the Villa means that the tourist areas (Marsa, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and even the city center) are rather quick to access. No doubt that I recommend the Villa for a good stay in Tunis.

The accommodation is very well equipped and matches the description. Good location to move to Tunis centre or la Marsa/Carthage. Central.

We had a lovely stay at Villa du Jasmin. The location is very convenient and we also enjoyed the neighbourhood. Our host was really responsive and their nephew helped us on site and was very accommodating in terms of meeting times for the check-in and check-out and for trying to solve an issue we had with warm water. The rooftop terrasse is certainly an highlight.

We had a great holiday, the pool is a real plus with student temperatures, the beach is a 5-minute walk. And Mr Chemseddinne and very kind and very helpful thank you again for his holidays which went well

We loved our little stay at Sonia's, to begin with the villa is beautiful, clean, spacious, bright, the decoration of the house was both elegant and authentic. The garden and pool were the icing on the cake. Everything was even better and much more spacious in person than in the photos. Sonia is also an extremely nice host, she was flexible for check-in/out. We rented the villa to enjoy a nice time and organize a small shoot for my sister's bachelorette party and Sonia was adorable about this and allowed us to put up a nice little decoration outside. Communication with her was very pleasant and smooth. We had a great time and will be happy to go back.

A beautiful villa on a gorgeous mountain with surreal views. The location is quiet and is steps away from the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely come back.

Good evening, So as for the Villa, it's beautiful! The bedrooms and all the rooms are spacious, it is furnished as if it lived in it so it is not empty. Outside and even more pretty. Extremely well lit with sublime sets of lights at night. Spacious, deep pool, with its slide and diving rooms and especially the waterfall! Garden with clean and well-equipped lawn (table, nice BBQ, swing...) As for Nabil, a welcoming, helpful person! I have nothing to say about renting this villa, I even recommend it! (I even took one more night so much we were comfortable there)

Had a great stay, villa is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. The host was very accommodating and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend and will definately be visiting again.

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

First of all, thank you Ymen you made our stay unforgettable. You were always there if we had a question or an extra wish. You helped me to order lunch and dinner every day for 20 person. As well as organized the transfer from and to the airport and additionally a trip with a bus to Tunis. The villa is nice and spacious you also covered some extra beds for us on the arrival. We really enjoyed staying in the villa with this wonderful view. Every room had their own bathroom. The beach is easy accessible in like ten minutes on foot. The water was nice and clean. Ymen, you are the best host anybody can wish for. Thank you for having us.

Amazing! The home is stunning and immaculate. Truly home design magazine worthy. The pool is lovely and comfortable and a great way to relax and cool off. The roof deck is spacious and also well designed. Beautiful sunsets and a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of Sidi Bou Said. Location cannot be beat. Communication with the host was a breeze. Kudos to Olfa for creating such an outstanding home and AirBnB experience. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well-equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay for families or groups of friends. The private pool not overlooked is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. A great base for exploring La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and the surrounding area. We particularly appreciated the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mom and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I would recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful holiday by the sea!

Excellent stay; from the above and beyond support of the host (Aicha) to having everything you need to make the most of the accommodation, we had an super time staying here. Strongly recommend this place and the location is close enough to most places. Very happy with our choice

Hamza's accommodation is as described, quiet, close to the city center and the beach. Hamza's family occupies the floor, they are charming, discreet and very helpful people. Hamza is a very welcoming host, available and reachable very easily. We had a very pleasant stay, enjoying the pool and the beach and we had the pleasure of discovering Tunis (Gammart, La Marsa, Sidi bousaid, La goulette) with the explanations of Hamza's dad who guided us on this visit 😀 The nearby train station allows you to reach the center of Tunis in 45 minutes for those who do not have a car for less than 2 euros per person round trip There is a nice pine forest 5 min walk from the accommodation that leads to a beautiful beach for those who like walking (30 min to cross it), the effort is worth it.... I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authenticity and tranquility. Thank you for everything Hamza and your dear parents 🤗
