В 2 шагах находится центр старого города.Так же рядом детская игровая площадка, канатная дорога,морской вокзал,яхт клуб,приморский бульвар,морские прогулки на катерах,экскурсионное бюро. Аптека ,которая работает круглосуточно.Множество ресторанов,баров,кафе.Банки и обменные пункты валюты.Не далеко рыбные ресторанчики и рынок,базар и центральный автовокзал.В соседнем доме супермаркет.
