Great place to stay for a family with 3 young kids and a dog. Beautiful beaches with free areas, suitable for kids within 5 mins driving distance. A variety of great restaurants at walking distance. 2 playgrounds for the kids at walking distance. Small shops at walking distance, bigger shops, beautiful walking areas, souvenirs and entertainment at 10 minutes car drive. Hiking routes starting from the house. Great communication with the hosts, perfect hygiene around the house, all possible amenities at disposal. Will definitelly return :)

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely house located in the centre of beautiful Ahtopol. The place is cozy and comfortable, the rooms are large enough. The best part for me and my dog was the the fact that there is a lovely little yard where we spent 90% of the time while on premises and the hosts. Can’t say enough good things about them. The location is meters away from the main street, yet far enough not to be bothered by the noise coming from it. The beach is a mere 10 minute walk. I would definitely recommend it.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Това е най-доброто място за настаняване, на което съм попаднала в тази платформа. Имаше абсолютно всичко необходимо и в кухнята, и в баните, и в спалните . Изключително мили и ненатрапчиви домакини, благодарности за тях. Всяко наше изискване и желание беше посрещано с изключителна отзивчивост и навременна и адекватна реакция. Изключително чисто, подредено, с внимание към всеки детайл. Обстановката е дори по-чаровна от представените снимки, леглата са удобни и големи. Двата градски плажа са на пешеходно разстояние (7-8мин. с малки деца.), центъра на градчето (пешеходната зона) е буквално на минута разстояние, а паркът е отсреща. Джакузито е блестящо от чистота и предлага нотка и на спа преживяване. На практика се ползват 2 паркоместа и един гараж, тъй че и паркирането не е проблем. Смело препоръчвам, както домакина, така и самото място за настаняване. Със сигурност бихме се върнали, ако решим да почиваме отново в Царево.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

This is our secind time staying at this gorgeous villa. We love the location, the house is fantastic - even better than the photos! The outside area is lovely and the whole interior has winderfully thoughtful touches - beach towels, lights, shampoo, lovely bedding! We will come again! Thank you for everything, Lorraine and Andy!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Nyolc fővel utaztunk családi kirándulás kényelmes nagy apartman az igényeinket kielégítette. a közös terek is nagyok. minden szobához tartozott privát fürdőszoba. a szálláshelyen található medencét rendszeresen tisztították a gyerekek nagyon élvezték. fél órára autóval megannyi strand bevásárlási lehetőség elérhető.

Комфортное проживание, вблизи от моря. Из квартиры красивый вид на море и зеленую территорию комплекса. В апартаментах хороший интернет. Нас быстро заселили, прекрасная хозяйка. Остались довольны.

I had a great, month-long, stay here. The apartment matched the photos and was clean, the complex shares a pool with the hotel; the one drawback of this is that there is a very loud kids dance session at 8pm every day. Perla beach is lovely, I recommend surfboard and windsurfing rent/lessons from Akasha surf - they also have a co-working space on the beach. Snorkeling at Crocodile Rock is also a lot of fun. My favourite restaurants were Tiki Bar and Bistro Nikola. But Sozopol is a short taxi/bus ride away with lots more restaurants and bars and an interesting old town. The washing machine broke whilst I was there but Kristina was very quick to organise a replacement. The cooking appliances consist of a kettle, microwave and air fryer. The WiFi can be quite slow at some points during the day. Overall the apartment was great value for money and I had a very enjoyable month!

Уютен, обзаведен с вкус апартамент, с всичко необходимо за удобно пребиваване. Намира се в затворен, приятно озеленен комплекс, точно до плажа. Чисти и поддържани общи части. Спазват се часовете за тишина, което направи престоят ни максимално релаксиращ. Описанието и снимките на апартамента отговаряха напълно на действителността. Собственикът е много мил човек, веднага реагираше на всеки въпрос. Изключително сме му благодарни, че ни позволи да не бързаме с напускането и така спокойно се насладихме на последния си слънчев ден на плажа. С удоволствие бихме се върнали там!

The best airbnb we have ever stayed at. Wonderful conditions, very clean with a great veranda. Better than in the pictures. The hosts were amazing, easy communication, very supportive, helped us with all we needed. I strongly recommend! :)

We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

Страхотно студио на прекрасно място. Просторно е, изключително чисто и оборудвано с всичко необходимо. Бърз интернет, което беше важно за мен, защото работя от вкъщи. Въпреки, че престоят ми беше извън активния летен сезон останах приятно изненадан. Комплексът е идеално място за разходки и почивка. Изключително лесна комуникация със Силвия, която ми даде полезни насоки за местата и ресторантите, които да посетя около Созопол. Препоръчвам!

Комфортная и чистая квартира, со всеми удобствами, возможно не помешала бы микроволновка, но ее отсутствие не уменьшило нашего удовольствия от пребывания. Для сна два дивана - в зале и в спальне, нормальный интернет. Также очень порадовали сувениры, оставленные нам хозяйкой. Открытая парковка при доме, место найти было сложновато, но всегда находили. До пляжа не близко, но выйти с утра к бассейну комплекса было очень приятно и удобно.

Spacy apartment, very clean, great location, close to central street, sea garden, sea port, bus and rail road station. Friendly and available host. Parking very close. With anything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment very close to the beach. Loved the surroundings and atmosphere. Easy access by car which was important to us. Would visit again.

Great studio, right at the beach, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves at the night. Great terrace and in general has everything you need for a great holiday. The coffee machine and complimentary coffee, including decaf, were highly appreciated!

Better than in the pictures! The surrounding area is so beautiful to explore. The coffee shop downstairs serves amaaazing food and drinks. The apartment is spacious, minimalist and spotless. Christina was responsive and very helpful. We forgot something in the apartment and she was kind enough to send it through courier which we are very grateful for. The place is totally worth its price and the area and surrounding beaches (outside of Ahtopol) and views are absolutely stunning. Totally recommend 10/10

The place is great for a family with two children, especially because of the two foldable sofas at the living room, so everyone has their own space. The host has really helpful approach for navigating the guests to the place to stay, so it is really easy to find it around so many blocks and entrances. It was clean, bright, good furnished and had a lot of accommodations thought about. We recommend it!
