We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the view and the wood fired hot tub. Hosts were very helpful! We also loved the little white cat that hangs around the house trying to make new friends.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is a real winter wonderland, covered in snow and perfect for relaxation and recharging. The host was warm and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. A special highlight was the fantastic wine tasting, which I would highly recommend to anyone. The wine is truly top quality and made the experience even more memorable. The property is also ideal for both small and larger groups, as it is possible to rent multiple houses together – a great option for a group getaway. Everything was cozy, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended – 10/10! We will definitely be back.

I stayed two nights in this wonderful structure surrounded by silence and greenery, a true slice of paradise perfect for those who want total relaxation and walking. Total privacy, however, I recommend organizing yourself for a small expense because there is not much nearby, so for convenience, it is better to always have something with you, in the structure there is nothing missing in the structure in terms of pots (it is still a campsite). Too bad the hydro massage bathtub was missing but I was notified in time, they were very kind

We had the pleasure of spending a night in this charming accommodation – and it was really a wonderful experience! Already upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome. The landlord was very friendly, helpful and correct. You immediately felt comfortable. It was especially nice that we were even allowed to pick cherries directly from the tree – a small highlight that we will not forget. We were even allowed to take something with us for the way home, which we really appreciated. The location in the middle of the village, surrounded by nature and a magnificent view, has allowed us a perfect little break. We were traveling with the family and enjoyed this one day to the fullest. Thank you to the hosts – for the hospitality, the beautiful accommodation and the loving atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Marreta is great person and very helpful! She even went to a restaurant to "rescue" me because of the rain. and we had some wine toghether talking about life in Yugoslavia and Slovenia times. She also speaks Italian (her husband speaks English). Bradesco new renovated house, for a family with 4 or 5 people. I was alone and did not use the kitchen but I saw brand new equipaments. Greta stay!

Simon is a kind and accommodating host. The apartment is the upper floor in his parents house. His mother checked me in (as best she could in English). I got a chance to meet Simon a few days later, he speaks English fluently. Communication was always great. The buildings entrance is shared but privacy is guaranteed since access to the apartment is clearly separated from his parents space. The house is located in a quite neighborhood at a elevated sport in Žužemberk. It surprises with an magnificent view over the valley, from the balcony in front of the kitchen! It's a perfect base for guests looking to hike in that area or explore Slovenia by car. There is enough space to accommodate a group or 2 families. Supermarket and bus stop are in walking distance. Highlight surely was food his mother shared to taste, from her garden. Simon organized a bike even, that wasn't part of the listing. Thank you, it's always a pleasure when there's more provided than advertised! Highly recommended!

It is a hidden gem. Very remote, which is exactly what we were looking for. Cosy, quiet, peaceful. It felt like a detox from our busy lives. It was just me and my girl friend so it did get a bit spooky during the dark evening, when we heard strange voices like coughing. We got pretty freaked out and locked ourselves inside and I called Iva at 9.30 in the evening asking her what it could be. She was kind enough to pick up the phone and explained it is probably dormouse, which give very strange sounds and run around on the roof during the night. We had a great laugh. It is completely safe since the cottage is so far from the village no one ever comes by. The surrounding forest is beautiful and it offers lovely walks or hikes. Iva was very friendy and helpful, we will certainly come again.

The apartment is located at a nice and peaceful area. Bozidar responded to all my messages very quickly. We stayed over for a night then we hit the road.
