A wonderful modern place to stay. Amazing views. this house is so much better than the description One thing is you definitely need a car as this is not on the main drag and very high up in the mountains, but with a car you can also explore the other treats Skiathos has to offer

I had an amazing experience staying here! The host was truly exceptional, so welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy vibe. The location couldn’t have been better, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely come back again!

I just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning house in Skopelos Town. Every morning, I woke up to breathtaking views of the sea, the soothing sound of birdsong, and the incredible light and energy that make this island so magical. The house itself is absolutely perfect — like something out of a fairytale. It’s beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Bar and her partner are truly exceptional hosts — warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the port when we arrived and dropping us off when we left, making our trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb experience in Skopelos, look no further. This place is a dream — I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. You will not be disappointed Doots 24

A great location for anyone visiting Skiathos. Merely a 15min drive from the airport and you’re a stone’s throw away from a handful of beautiful beaches to choose from. The apartment is perched high above the main road at bus stop 13, opposite 2 gorgeous beaches (5 min drive or 15min walk), a lovely taverna across the road and a small supermarket 50 meters away. Parking is either across the road in a large area, or up the drive of the property itself. We loved the layout and terrace space. The beds are comfy, the shutters keep things nice and dark at night. You have just enough equipment to be able to enjoy some home comforts. The extra bonus of having a cleaner pop in every now and then was hugely appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Sofia’s place for a family or group of friends.

Katerina's home was absolutely ideal for our first visit to Skiathos. The location and quality of the home was great - I even feel like the photos and description do not do it justice. The house was well kept and very clean, and if anything needed to be addressed, Katerina would attend to it. Plenty of recommendations and tips were given that really guided our stay and made it memorable. It made the island more accessible. I would recommend that you rent a small car to get around because it is a good distance away from the airport/town, and even if you were to take the bus it will take up a significant time. Otherwise, there is a beach that is walkable (5 min.) with amenities - drinks, benches, food. There are too many good things to say about this place!
