Our cottage is located in the heart of the village of Lavardin, a stone’s throw from the castle, the 11th century Romanesque church and from the Rotte to the biques, for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of our beautiful village and the Loir valley. Not to mention its bakery and restaurant! The entire cottage will be at your disposal. You have access to our garden, a private terrace and an old workshop transformed into a summer lounge. Two e-bikes are at your disposal.

Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back the 13th century. After some work to bring it back to the new taste, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Enjoy a refurbished home decorated in the theme of the movie "A little something extra". It is well equipped and has the necessary space to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The accommodation is located in the heart of Bessé-sur-Braye. It's only 2 minutes to the party room. You have parking space and parking in the city is free. The apartment is over 42 m², it is very bright and quiet. It is located on the ground floor.

Charming troglodyte loft in a listed village

My house is a troglodyte, the garden overlooks the village and offers breathtaking views of the castle and the 11th century church. It offers tranquility, freshness (20°C all year round regardless of the outside temperature). It's the perfect place to disconnect. All my equipment will be at your disposal as well as my video projector (Chromecast, DVD, HDMI cable). I'll be flexible on schedules. :)

With its old-world charm (beams, exposed stone walls, wood stove), comfort and modern amenities, this "vacation home" will contribute to a peaceful getaway. Small south-facing terrace.
