This house offers an extraordinary view of the sea and the Northern Lights on the beautiful island of Sommarøy. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and it is conveniently located close to Tromsø and the ferry to Senja. Runne was an excellent host, always attentive and even gave us Northern Lights alerts, which made our experience even more special. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Sommarøy!

It was perfect! The house was clean and it had a lot of amenities. Quality was at a high level. I was very satisfied. No neighbors and great sauna. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in operation… Contact was always great. I fell in love with this place! Thanks Truls!

The house impresses with its beautiful location right by the sea, we could watch the northern lights directly from the terrace. The living room invites you to spend cozy hours by the fire. In the Nordic Hotel, a 500 m walk away, there was a super breakfast buffet. We can therefore highly recommend a stay here, nothing is missing!

Anita and Björn are amazing people! We were well received, showed us and explained everything the cabin. Invite us to extend to them at home for tea with pastries Anna made including strawberry jam and homemade raspberries. Get to know a little bit of local people - it's her one-of-a-kind life, that's why we love Airbnb. The latte is cute, has all the basic and necessary things. The bedrooms are upstair with quite steep stairs, at night it is a bit difficult to get down to the toilet. We got along with a family of 4 people. For 3-4 nights it is quite reasonable to stay in the cabin and compromise on the comfort of a larger, more well-equipped home (and also more expensive). Total pretty good value for the price. The Great Benefits - Perfect location to see the Northern Lights. We saw a few times right next to the house. There is also a nearby car park 3 minutes drive. There is a natural slide in the garden and the kids played for hours in the snow and slide. The sauna is just something extremely rare - a must try, unusual experiences! With sea view and warmth with trees. (Extra charge).

Wonderful stay! We loved the beautiful view and the place itself was nice, clean, and modern – perfect for us. Had a great time and would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Aptly named “The View,” this is a delightful place with spectacular panoramic view overlooking Tromso city center, across the water, including the Arctic Cathedral, and up onto Tromsdalen. I could have sat staring out the windows for hours. We walked (two of us ran) the surrounding snow palace. We enjoyed trolls, the top of Tromsdalen, nearby islands, local cuisine, and exploring the city center and trails. Through it all, our hosts were wonderful - patiently and expertly helping with all manner of questions. A terrific, memorable travel experience. Will definitely seek out The View again when our travels bring us back to Tromso.

We felt very welcomed. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and every piece was placed with a thought in mind. The house rules seem very detailed at first, but they should ensure that you handle the property with respect. The host was very helpful and it was easy to connect, even though we just stayed for one night.

We were very much looking forward to our stay in Norway and the host was always available. We chose to stay in peace and nature with sauna and hot tub. For the use of this, we had to pay extra which is not very clearly stated. For this price, maybe a little more wood provided because you will certainly not be able to use this and since the price is already pricey anyway, if this is unlimited, we find it. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful view. However, a dangerous staircase, especially the hole down when you are upstairs. Children who are playing do not always have this in mind, maybe a fence provided for safety! The fireplace is definitely a plus because we love this coziness. We were able to admire the northern lights 5 of the 6 nights from the terrace. The kitchen equipment may be a little more extensive. We missed a mixer to mix our soup and a colander to shake off the spaghetti.

Great place just outside Tromso with public transport not far away. Absolutely beautiful area

I've stayed at Anna's place many times now and there's a reason I keep coming back. Anna is a terric host, kind friendly and always helpful. The apratment is neat, cleean, tidy and quiet with everything you need and within close walking distance to the city, and right beside several handy bus stops. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Tromso, this one is a personal favourite.

What a valid place (the view can't be better) and you can walk into the city. The rental car could be parked at the bottom of the parking garage. Highly recommended.

Amazing property. Tromso is like a paradise. Property was only 5 minutes from airport via taxi. Host was incredibly helpful, she let us use her sleds to go out sledding and let us borrow some shoe spikes so we could get around easier. I would definutely recommend

very nice stay at Linn's. direct from the airport by bus. direct to go to the center of Tromsø which is 3 bus stations away the accommodation is clean, the bedding very comfortable. there is nothing missing to cook. i highly recommend this place for Tromsø and would be happy to come back

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It's incredibly cozy, beautifully furnished, and has a stunning view. Everything we needed was there - it really felt like a home away from home. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. Great stay! Check-in was seamless, and the location was excellent—just a short walk to the city center, Main Street, and the cathedral. The room was small but well-equipped and perfect for a short stay. The highlight was spotting the Northern Lights from the rooftop terrace—a fantastic bonus! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful stay in Tromso and in Siv’s home! The apartment was easy to find, secure, and centrally located. We walked everywhere, to restaurants, tour pickups, shops. Her home is clean, comfortable, with plenty of space and good views of the water & mountains. Siv is a wonderful host, always friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!!

So good we came back a second time! We booked Ingrid's place before and after a cycling trip to Svolvaer. It was great to come back to Tromsø and know exactly where we were going. It felt like coming home.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tea's place. The location is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The place is small but perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Comfortable bed, great shower and well-equipped kitchen (including coffee maker). And Tea was very helpful with any issues. I highly recommend if you are looking for central and comfortable place to stay in Tromso
