Beautiful house and setting. Very peaceful and quiet. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped in every way, especially kitchen. Bianca was a great host. We hated to leave!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Lovely place with view on the sea from the balcony. Apartment was great, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. The pool is perfect as well. It’s very close to almost „personal” beach. We had a great time and we highly recommend !

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

The house is a very chic villa, spacious, upscale quality of doors, windows, floors, bathrooms, beds, hot water supply, kitchen... all very good. Very nice terrace with a large pool, meadow, old olive trees and 2 palm trees.

Luxury apartment near the airport, a whole experience. Ideal for couples. Although we didn't walk around the neighborhood, we felt safe when we arrived and left. There didn't seem to be any atmosphere or restaurants in the area, but it was residential and family-friendly. It is far from downtown Bari, but a 5 minute drive from the airport. Free street parking nearby, although at night there may be little space. The jacuzzi worked great. Super comfortable bed (somewhat soft) and soft sheets. Bright by day, beautiful and atmospheric lights at night. As other reviews say, when dawn breaks, a lot of light comes in, but we didn't mind. There is a dining table, dishes, cutlery and glasses, although it was not clear to me how to use them if there is no kitchen or sink.

It’s a gem, this appartment. Quiet with a fabulous roofterrace and in about 30 Minutes you are in Matera. Owners are quick responders and gave us usefull (diner)suggestions.

Our stay in Matera was wonderful from start to finish. Tudor was able to accommodate our early arrival. He picked us up where we had parked and drove us right to the apartment. He made a dinner reservation for us at a busy restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the city, which turned out to be one of our best meals. Upon checkout, Tudor pickup us up at the apartment and brought us to our car. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished . The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking view towards the Cathedral on the hill. It is perfectly located in a quiet central area with easy access to all the main sights, restaurants, and stores. We had great time in this beautiful house in lovely historical part of Irsina. The house and the views were much more than we expected. Loved the roof terrace and amazing views towards both green hills and roofs and silhuette of the historical town. Walter and his co-host were super friendly and helpful both beforehand and during the holiday. Warm recommendations for this beautifully renovated house.

The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!

Very comfortable house, well-stocked and really clean. Friendly and helpful owner. The place is easy to find. Calciano doesn't offer much (apart from beautiful landscapes), but it's a good place to explore the area. In any case, we had a great time.

Wow!! Absolutely stunning! I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else. Accomodation was the best we have had so far in Italy. Absolutely beautiful.

Vincenzo is a really nice host, all the informations he gives are useful and very clear. The apartment is amazing: everything is clean and the decoration is sophisticated. The garden is quite nice, with everything you need. The city centre is accessible by walk. We highly recommend!

Piernicola is an excellent host, she is very friendly and attentive to guests, she knows the area very well and helps you a lot with accurate directions. The accommodation is in the best condition and is very clean and quite warm, has good air conditioning and noise inhibition, perfect for rest! Everything is close and the treatment is the best, you literally feel at home.

One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and were so impressed by the attention to detail. Everything was excellent! Francisca and her husband were very kind, and he helped us park and carry the suitcases. The accommodation was beautiful, and they really welcomed us like we were at home. We stayed one night and had dinner right there at the Restó Arcimboldi, first-class food, when we asked to eat local food they prepared a snack with local products and also a special pizza with delicious pecorino, everything was a luxury! very grateful!

We were guests of Claudio and Giuseppina for only one night, but we had a really great time, everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived at the property to when we left, the welcome was excellent, Giuseppina also gave us information on things to visit in the area, showed us everything that was available in the house and was extremely helpful for any need (for the breakfast the next day she asked us what we wanted and since I am celiac she prepared a really good gluten-free apple cake); The apartment was as in the photos, clean, tidy, spacious and really well maintained, there was every kind of appliance that could also be used for a longer stay, in fact as soon as possible we will definitely return for a longer period, perhaps in the winter period.

The place reflects Federica's personality: a welcoming and very kind person. The house is located in a very characteristic village, it is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend
