Facing the garden of Villa Carmelie, this independent apartment is on the ground floor of a house. It is a 15-minute walk to the city center and train station (3-minute drive). The environment is rather quiet and green. Free parking adjacent to the house allows you to park without difficulty. (There is a small dog in the main house but it cannot access the accommodation because the terrace is closed.)
