Vacation rentals with a patio in Tremezzo

Elise’s place is wonderful. We were a small family of three with a small toddler and everything was great. We even received a free welcome basket. Great set up for bringing a small kid with swimming pool. The view from the terrace is world class. Communication was also very good.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

Lieber Roger, Wir haben uns in Deiner Traumwohmung megawohl gefühlt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung ua der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse waren der absolute Gamechanger. Der Ausblick auf den Lago war noch viel schöner als auf Deinen Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße

We loved our time in Como and staying in this apartment! It was in the perfect location for us - away from the busy towns but not too far to drive to and we found it easily using the details that Gisella provided. It was lovely and clean, with a stunning view from the balcony (we enjoyed sitting outside taking in the view). Gisella lives next door if you need anything, we mentioned that we needed to pick up some groceries and within minutes Gisella had provided us with the location of a local store and supermarket nearby :)

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dieser paradiesischen Ecke vom Comersee verbracht. Vanessa.... deine tadellosen Informationen und deine wertvollen Ratschläge haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht und uns ermöglicht, das Beste von Argegno und seiner Umgebung zu entdecken. Emma.... dein herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang ließ uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Deine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich! Die Stadt Argegno hat uns mit ihren freundlichen und gastfreundlichen Bewohnern und ihren köstlichen Restaurants und Bars verzaubert. Die Villa Emma ist ein wahres Schmuckstück: wir fühlten uns in die Zeit der eleganten Belle Époque zurückversetzt. Diese Villa ist ein Traum für alle, die Nostalgie und den Charme der Vergangenheit lieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio! The place was cozy and clean. Our host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Elisabetta!

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Tolles Apartment oberhalb von Menaggio. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Comer See und die Berge ist traumhaft. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Menaggio ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Georgia Louise hat sofort auf Rückfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

If you’re looking for a place in the Lake Como area this is it! Clara and Paolo are the best hosts because they actually care that you enjoy your time. To the point where I missed the bus stop and Paolo picked me up and brought me to the Airbnb. The place is modern and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d need. Walking distance to food, ferries, and bus stops. Paolo walked me through the house explaining everything and making sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. They made theirselves fully available to us for anything we had questions about, even unrelated to the Airbnb, they were ready and willing to help. If I’m ever back in Tremezzo, I will absolutely book again! Thanks again Clara and Paolo!!!

Charming apartment with stunning views over Lake Como and the old harbour. Beautiful shaded garden and terrace with honeysuckle scent. Very comfortable bed and great bathrooms. Air conditioning great for the bedroom in temperatures of 30 plus... Parking for our VW transporter campervan was great. Little supermarket down the stairs with takeaway pizza restaurant close by. Bellagio is 20 mins walk into town, but with lots of steps in the town... Good tips from Christina in places to visit including a great cycling museum at Ghiallo. Would highly recommend and would return. 😀

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It’s super clean, great location, and has everything you could need. Sabina and Stefan were also the best hosts I could’ve asked for. Very kind, responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful with anything we needed. If you’re hesitating to book, please do it. You won’t regret a thing.

Het was mijn eerste Airbnb ervaring en dankzij Federica en haar verblijft was mijn ervaring geweldig! De communicatie met Federica was top waardoor het regelen van alles erg gemakkelijk ging. Ook lag het verblijf super centraal, het moment dat je uit de deur liep zag je het prachtige uitzicht van het como meer. Ik adviseer zeker iedereen aan om bij deze Airbnb te verblijven! Je zal er zeker geen spijt van krijgen😊. Ik hoop in de toekomst hier weer te kunnen verblijven.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).
