Das Haus - wunderschön, ein Altbau, hohe Räume, wunderbar kühl auch bei über 30 Grad, wenn man tagsüber Fenster und Türen schließt und verdunkelt. Ein breites Kuschelsofa und ein guter Fernseher für abends.Trotz Stadt sehr ruhig; jetzt im Juni abends beim Öffnen der Fenster die Rufe der Schwalben und anderer Vögel und süßer Duft (Linden?).Ein schöner kleiner Garten. Alles sehr geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gute Betten- die Matratzen hätten wir gerne mitgenommen ;))). Alles sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen die zweite Bäckerei auf der Rue Claude Bernard - auch gute Patisserie, und das Restaurant Sous les Tilleuils-, rue judaique - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungverhältnis, eine junge kreative Köchin, reizender, entspannter Service. Ausflug: unbedingt Brantome, hübsches Städtchen, vom Fluß umgeben, mit Bootstour (unbedingt empfehlenswert, nettes Personal, Infoblätter in Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch), und von dort aus Bimbillou- Museum, Bar und Foodtruck-schattige Insel mitten im Fluß..

Très belle maison au calme avec deux grandes chambres. Il manquait quelques produits de base dans la cuisine (huile, sel, sucre ...). A noter que ce logement se situe dans un environnement agricole (maraicher), possibilité de présence de tracteurs.

Logement cosy en plein Périgord noir dans un environnement paisible . Belle superficie et magnifique terrasse . Lydia et Julien sont très sympathiques et malgré un long pont de jours fériés , ils ont tenu à venir voir si tout était ok pour nous . Accueil avec une bouteille de vin . Le linge et les draps qui sentent merveilleusement bon . Par contre , wifi un peu juste pour du télétravail. Je recommande.

This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.

I can't say enough good things about our stay! The home was charming and clean! Our host was helpful in every way! She even left us some delicious cherries and strawberries to enjoy! It was a wonderful experience!

Très agréable et confortable logement situé dans le quartier historique de la ville. Nombreux restaurants, ruelles et venelles à découvrir, magnifiques façades..... Un très bon choix.

This is probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at and there have been a few. Spacious, very well equipped with lots of little extras such as coffee pods and biscuits. Huge comfy bed. The location couldn’t be more central yet it is very quiet even on market day which is right outside the door! Thanks Isabelle.

Schöne kleine Wohnung im Herzen von Perigueux. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Der Check ging über eine Schlüssebox, die Anweisungen waren klar beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es gab auch ein bisschen Kaffee und Tee vor Ort, sodass wir für eine Nacht nichts einkaufen mussten. Ich kann die Wohnung von Gail weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement correspondait aux photos et il était très propre. Tony est un hôte accueillant et sympathique. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Sehr gute Lage, erstaunlich ruhig für eine Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause. Schöner, kleiner Balkon, gute Ausstattung von allem. Unkomplizierte, freundliche Kommunikation. Wir werden die Wohnung empfehlen für Bekannte und Freunde, die nach Perigueux oder in die Umgebung reisen möchten.

My wife and I cannot begin to express our appreciation for Louise as host and our accommodations during our visit to Le Bugue. Louise went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was responsive and proactive in communicating with us leading up to our visit. The accommodations themselves and the setting is a magical experience and we cannot recommend them enough.

Lucia's place was very spacious and very clean.well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lucia always answered. our questions within ten minutes. The best host! I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area!
