Brigitte was welcoming and caring, the accommodation is located in a privileged environment close to the sea and the GR, everything was clean upon arrival and Breton treats (butter biscuit and local cider) allowed a quality snack for adults and children. Lilou's beautiful place was the perfect place to stay in Saint-Brieuc. It is a roomy, clean, quiet, place, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Lilou provides quality amenities. The location is great with the centre of town easily walkable and its central location makes day trips up and down the coast easy. The introduction to the apartment by Lilou's mother was friendly and informative as was all communications with both Lilou and Silvia.

Super quiet accommodation with nice attention upon arrival. The equipment is really great, we thought we were at home this long weekend. The 3 floors without an elevator are just scary at the first climb with the luggage, after that it's really no longer a brake. I would definitely recommend this place close to all amenities on foot.

Well located accommodation, with self check-in, in line with the descriptions and photos. Clean housing. The only small downside that does not concern the accommodation but the neighborhood, there are no garbage containers in the street, which can be a problem when you eat fish, shellfish or melon!! Because the loft's trash cans are on the ground floor and it smells like the stairwell.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little set back from the road, the environment is quiet and peaceful. The interior is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful house, tastefully decorated. The equipment is very complete and modern, nothing is missing. The cleaning is impeccable. The accommodation is very bright, the kitchen is great with its island and its glass roof. The exterior is a real plus with its jacuzzi. The area is very quiet, no disturbance. We had a lovely family stay at Olivier's house. Great spaces and a great outdoor area ideally equipped for children! All the local shops at the foot no need to take the car which is a very important asset! Address to keep in mind! Great for a family!
