The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, to the water it is 150 m trail from the slope, or an off-road vehicle or on foot 400m on a forest road. Hot-tube, barbecue, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people. Accommodation is suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlan beach (400m), Koněšín beach (800m), dock of steamers. Nearby are also popular tourist spots of Max's Cross, ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles, and bike trails.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
