Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Trebbia

Un departamento impecable, en zona super céntrica, con el estacionamiento a unas cuadras que nos solucionó el problema de estacionar en Genova. Todos los detalles que te puedas imaginar, parece renovado recientemente, me sentí como en casa. Muy atento el anfitrión.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Departamento cómodo, bien equipado, de calidad y limpieza excelente. El aire acondicionado y el agua caliente perfectos. Giuseppe brindó instrucciones claras de acceso y respondió rápidamente. La conectividad con el centro histórico por transporte público es excelente. Un punto extraordinario que cuente con cochera, ya que en Milano la circulación con vehículo particular está muy limitada. El barrio impresiona alejado y con poco movimiento pero es seguro para volver tarde, y tranquilo para descansar.

extremely nice house which is really very close to the metro which is convenient to get to the city centre and the duomo. really a lot of facilities in the house that is well furnished and fully stocked

Very Central located. Everything in walking distance. Seven minute walk to grab a taxi. Trains five minute walk. Secure.

Great Location. Perfect setup with two beds and two great bathrooms to get ready before exploring the city.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, felt very luxurious. We were greeted with some lovely welcome gifts and a friendly tour. The flat had everything we needed, and Brian responded to every message promptly, including helping us find a taxi driver. The walk up the hill is hard work as other previous guests have said. This didn’t bother us as we knew about it, but worth mentioning it is a steep hill with a lot of steps. But the view from the balcony is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the second time we come to Mario's place, and we plan to be back . We like the look of the apartment, a very good combination of modern, efficient and well organized with old Milanese style. The place is very clean, the bed and also the sofa-bed are both comfortable, it is quiet in spite of the location as the windows block off any sound from the street. The location is great, you can walk to the train stagion and with approximately15Euros with Uber go to anything in Milano. Giulio answered promptly to our messages. The checkin was easy even if in person.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

Cute bohemian place in authentic Italian village that feels like you stepped back into time. The balcony is great for coffee and views and Marco was always quick to respond and had good tips for locals attractions , thank you for the lovely time!

Francesco una persona muy cálida, desde el principio nos hizo sentir como en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo impecable, super equipado y cómodo para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

Modern updated apartment very close to Milan Central Station. Clear instructions for easy secure access. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and living space with smart tv. Host was always accessible to communicate with. I'd recommend this host and nice apartment!

Minha hospedagem foi maravilhosa! O apartamento estava impecável, tudo muito limpo, organizado e com uma localização excelente, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. O anfitrião foi extremamente educado, atencioso e proativo, sempre preocupado com a minha chegada e com o meu conforto durante toda a estadia. Mesmo sem solicitar, sabendo que iria com uma criança, ele disponibilizou um berço para a minha filha. Recomendo a todos que tenham interesse e, com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar aqui em uma próxima visita a Milão.
