We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. This studio apartment is just around the corner from Mozart’s house in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants close by. The studio itself is completely newly designed. Professional cleaning ensures 5.star cleanliness.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

We really enjoyed our stay at Flo’s apartment. The location is very convenient, tram, subway stations, and even the airport line are just a few minutes walk away. You can easily get to the main attractions either by walking or using public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and there’s even a grocery store open on the weekend just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) from the apartment. Highly recommend!

This Vienna home was an excellent stay to round out our European adventure. The space was large, clean and centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood. We walked everywhere and very much enjoyed the excellent food options and coffee shops nearby. The gourmet Billa down the street was our favorite. We would absolutely stay in the gorgeous home again. 5 stars

Loved this gem in the middle of everything. Quiet and comfortable inside but then very quick to get almost everywhere--superb location for my purposes. Would love to stay here again the next time I am in Vienna for work.

It's perfect for a single traveler not for a couple it's so small, a bit warm at first you'd have to open the windows which is fine. Wifi is free! Wish there are more soap i can use otherwise it is okay. I recommend this Airbnb!
