we had so much fun, my family visited Balaton the first time. the cottage was lovely and we managed to use the fireplace too. no issues at all, highly recommend this place! we are planning to come back in the summer x

2 kicsi gyerekkel csodásan éreztük magunkat, 10/10. Könnyű bejutás. A ház nagyon ízlésesen van berendezve, minden volt, ami kellett, minden olyan, mint a fotókon. A kert lélegzetelállítóan szép, voltaképp egy kisebb erdő, gyönyörű és gondozott, végig körbekerítve. A gyerekek nagyon élvezték, hogy rendszeres interakcióba kerülhettek az állatokkal. Petra remek házigazda, mindig gyorsan és segítőkészen válaszolt. Biztos, hogy még jövünk vissza.

Ezt az élményt csak átélni lehet, leírni nem. Mindenkinek ajánlom. A leírás tökéletes, a többi vélemény is magáért beszél. Két kisgyermekkel voltunk és remélem minél előbb visszamegyünk.

Nice and private little house in a quiet area in the beautiful northern Balaton landscape. Very good for hiking and a romantic time, recommended for couples.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, and is perfect for a family reunion and relaxation if you want to be away from the craziness of the city. The house is about 30 minutes away from Budapest by car, and 50 minutes away by public transportation. The house is super clean, functional, comfortable, and offers a stunning view to the surrounding Buda hills. Betty, the owner, and host of the house, is a super nice, welcoming, and friendly lady. She came to greet us at the check-in in person, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We had some special needs at the check-in, and check-out, and she was very understanding, and super flexible both times. We enjoyed the heated pool, the sauna, the hot tub, and the gym every day during our stay. All of them were super clean and very well maintained. We liked everything about the villa. We will definitely come back here whenever we will visit Budapest. Thank you, Betty!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ruhige, private Lage mit idyllischer Umgebung, dennoch sind alle wichtigen Orte schnell erreichbar. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Nach 3 Monaten Tour durch die Tschechei und Slowakei mit 10 verschiedenen Häusern und Wohnungen haben wir zum Schluss die perfekte Unterkunft gefunden.Eine luxuriöse kleine Oase!Hier stimmt wirklich alles! Nur 'tiny' ist es nicht.Eher ein leicht geschrumpfter Luxus Bungalow mit reichlich Platz für 2+Hund.Innen und außen ist das Haus mit wirklich allem ausgestattet.Und dazu eine fußläufig gut erreichbare Innenstadt mit großer Vielfalt an Restaurants und Pubs. Wandern kann man in der weiteren Umgebung.Speziell auf der ungarischen Seite. Leider nur 5 Tage, die aber jeden Euro wert waren!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat alles was man braucht. Es ist wirklich klein und für sehr grosse oder viele Menschen wohl etwas eng. Für uns hat es gepasst. Die Fahrräder sind top!

Fantasztikus,varázslatos a helyszín. A fotók alapján nem volt kérdés,hogy ki kell próbálnunk a szállást,most pedig már az nem kérdés,hogy vissza kell térnünk majd. A panoráma,ami elénk tárul akár a medence mellől,akár a házból,kiemelve a hálószobát,az leírhatatlan. A ház pedig kényelmes,otthonos,egyszerűen tökéletes! 😊

We had a magical stay at the farmhouse. Viktor and his family were so welcoming and the farmhouse was exactly as pictured and described. Some lovely touches on arrival included a bottle of the family’s wine and fresh eggs from the hens. We loved seeing all the animals around the farm and relaxing at the outdoor table with our breakfast and a drink in the evening. For us, a huge highlight was being able to rent e bikes from the farm, which we used on 2 beautiful loop rides - including one on the river Mur in Austria. Cycling gave us the freedom to explore the beautiful countryside, and we enjoyed some great lunches and wine at local restaurants (calamari delicious every time!). Overall our stay was so peaceful and a welcome escape from city living.

Wir (2 Personen plus Hund) waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Dalibors Haus und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus selbst hat eine tolle Aufteilung und durch die liebevolle Einrichtung und die vielen kleinen Details für Gäste hat man sich direkt willkommen, wohl und daheim gefühlt. Dalibor hat uns sogar einen Prosecco kalt gestellt und den Außenwhirlpool vorgeheizt. :) Auch der Garten wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Neben der traumhaften Aussicht, war es auch durch die Blumen und die Beleuchtung abends einfach nur ein Paradies. Als wir eine Frage hatten, war Dalibor auch sofort erreichbar und hat uns dann gleich Tipps für eine Wanderung gegeben. Durch den angrenzenden Wald konnten wir mim Hund schöne Spaziergänge machen. Es war also für uns alle ein wunderschöner Urlaub und das so nah bei Wien (man muss also nicht lange fahren). Für uns steht fest, wir wollen definitiv wiederkommen. Jedna od najboljih kuća za odmor u kojoj smo bili. Odlična lokacija, pogled sa terase, opremljena sa svime što bi moglo zatrebati. Svakako preporučujem!!

Really great stay for my partner and his brothers! They have a pizza oven which is super cool, and a nice campfire where you can sit and hang out. The place was very clean and spacious! Overall 10/10 ❤️

Der Container ist etwas ganz besonderes! Stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Toiletten und Duschen (extern) waren jederzeit sauber. An den Ausblick und die Nähe zur Natur werde Ich mich noch lange erinnern! Lea hat mich herzlich begrüßt und hat mir bei Wünschen & Fragen sehr freundlich weitergeholfen. Wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Gyönyörű helyen lévő, majdnem 200 éves ház, autentikus, mégis kellő mértékben modernizált berendezéssel. Különleges élmény volt.

Ons verblijf was prima. Na de drukte van Boedapest waren we op zoek naar een rustige omgeving. De afstand naar het Balatonmeer is misschien wat meer afgelegen. Maar voor ons was dat voor nu prima. We komen graag een keertje terug.

We hebben een heerlijke paar dagen gehad en waren graag langer gebleven! We werden warm ontvangen door de host. Ons hondje vond het fantastisch in de grote, omheinde tuin en wij hebben lekker liggen luieren onder de fruitbomen. De kersen waren rijp en die mochten we eten van de host. smullen! In de buurt zijn veel restaurantjes, strandjes (Zanca) en bijvoorbeeld een leuke markthal (Topolca). NB: Volg de instructies van de host om er te komen, Google Maps stuurt je naar het midden van een nabijgelegen bos!

When I saw the cottage photos I knew it’s the right place for me and when I arrived there I just felt home. The whole area is amazing. It’s away from noise and people just you with the birds and nature of beautiful Balaton. The moment I booked the cottage on Airbnb Abel and Anita were so helpful and communicative. The moment I arrived Anita drove me to the cottage then helped me to visit some places also arranged an activity for me and my daughter. She’s an angel on earth. She made it sure that my stay is going well. The weather was raining so definitely I will come back on summer. Thank you Anita and Abel. You are amazing 🩵
