We had a lovely stay in Villa Noi. The apartment was in a very peaceful area but there was plenty to do. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the clean halfway through our stay a lot. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Elizabeth, everything was beautifully clean and welcoming. Dimitra was very response and we were so grateful for the late check out. We loved our morning coffee on the terrace just admiring the perfect view across to Ithaca. We just wanted some R&R and this was perfect, so peaceful and quiet. The little garden was lovely with so many different types of butterflies flitting around. The surrounding area was really pretty and the little harbour of Fiskardo was charming. We would definitely visit again! Wonderful memories celebrating my birthday!

The villa is absolutely beautiful. It looks just as it does in the picture with the incredible view and clean, considered interior. But what you can’t see is the beautiful construction. Every detail is perfect. Kothreas is at the top of a mountain but it’s easy enough to drive to the delightful seaside villages of Fiskardo and Assos and the extraordinary beaches in northern Kefalonia. The mountain village is charming and rustic with walnut, fig and pomegranate trees, stone buildingd and surrounding hillside that smells of wild thyme & oregano and where you hear goat bells. Nearby there are authentic and excellent mountain tavernas and larger villages like Maganos. The pool is absolutely lovely. We paid to get it heated which was money well spent as our kids stayed in it for hours. Foula and her team were incredible hosts. So kind, informative and welcoming, and it was amazing having a housekeeper every second day. Thank you so much - we hope to be back! Efcharisto!!

A fantastic Villa located just outside the main village. With an amazing view and so peaceful. The villa has everything you need if you want to cook with a bbq and oven. The place is immaculate yet has a real homely feel. It’s very spacious for 5 adults with lots is different seating areas from the couch and dinning table to the outside seating areas, sun loungers and bbq dining table. Erisa kept in touch and always replied when contacted and so our stay was seamless from arriving to departure. We already miss the pool. Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

Περασαμε τελεια! Τα Zen Villas βρισκονται στα Αντιπατα κωντα στην πιο ομορφη πολη του νησιου, το Φισκαρδο. Στα Αντιπατα θα βρειτε δυο εξεραιτικα εστιατωρια, «Το Πετρινο» και την «Αστραγαλια» στα οποια φατε πολυ καλα. Στο Μαγγανο θα βρειτε το «Picnic», τελειος καφες, πρωινο και μεσημεριανο! Το σπιτι διαθετει οτι χρειαζεται καποιος: τελεια διακοσμημενο, κουζινα με τα βασικα. Ο χωρος εξω εχει και τραπεζι για να φας. Οι οικοδεσποτες απαντουσαν παντα, και γρηγορα. Ευπροσδεκτα δεχτηκαν καποιες ιδεες και οτι αλλο χρειαστηκαμε. Ο χορος ηταν πεντακαθαρος και πραγματικα νιωσαμε σαν στο σπιτι μας.

wow what a beautiful home ! Niki and her lovely family made us feel so very welcome they were so warm and very friendly. We were overwhelmed when we opened the fridge to find so many delicious snacks, and drinks. The homemade trifles and homemade moussaka they kindly cooked for us was absolutely delicious ! We felt very much at home staying in their beautiful house. The living room was so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen area had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable. The hoyse was very clean and comfortable. We loved everything about this traditional home. It was lovely to sit in the pretty, spacious garden for breakfast every morning. We cannot thank Nikki and her family enough for making us feel so welcome. We have booked many airbnbs over the years and I can honestly say we have never been made to feel so welcome as we have in Nikis home. It's been wonderful, thank you so much.

What a stunning location … with beautiful views even from the shower! We could see Ithaca and watched the boats/yachts/ferries coming and going as we sat on the terrace. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. It was a very easy walk into the centre of Fiskardo and equally easy to amble to the glorious solitude of Foki beach. With excellent weather and very few other tourists the whole experience for our first time in Greece was a joy. Thank you

Perfect location, direct access to sea, private beach, walking distance to best restaurants. Very good communication with the host Nikos. Great view from terraces, very comfortable beds and pillows. Very effective AC! Very quiet during night and early in the morning. Our host Nikos replied us very quickly whenever we needed ( I think this is the most important thing for an Aibnb guest) He also prepared wellcome platters for us which were soooo delicious and we all appreciated so much. The house was squeaky clean and at midweek we had free of charge cleaning and towel renewals.
