Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Built in the early 19th century, the house was completely renovated with modern technology and quality materials while preserving its special atmosphere. Het wijnhuis is gelegen in een rustige zijstraat tussen andere wijnhuizen maar het ” centrum ” van het dorp is op loopafstand dus alles heerlijk dicht in de buurt. Er is een gezellige woonkamer met een echt Hongaarse tegelkachel. Vanuit de wookamer komt men in een ruime keuken en een ruime seperate badkamer. De lange wijnkelder ( 25 meter diep) heeft de ingang vanuit de woonkamer.
