El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!

Colonial-style house located in the historic center of Quetzaltenango. The accommodation has parking for 1 medium-sized vehicle. Note that some of the streets in the historic center are narrow and cobbled. It offers comfort in a spacious area and proximity as it is located just a few steps from the main tourist attractions and restaurants.
