Piccolo monolocale, riscaldato con stufa a legna, si trova all'interno di una baita in una posizione incantevole in una borgata immersa nel verde e affacciata sulla valle tra montagne e cascate. L'appartamento, in cui si alternano legno e pietra, è interamente ristrutturato e dotato di angolo cottura e bagno privato con doccia. Completano l'estremo un ampio balcone in legno e una zona dotata di barbecue e forno a legna.
