Apartment vacation rentals in Topsail Beach

Such a cute and peaceful place to stay, and overlooking the beach! It's a ways away from the touristy part of town so there was plenty of space for a peaceful beach time. The only issue is the tide comes up pretty far so be prepared to leave in the afternoon! However the balcony is right on the water so we really didn't miss beach time. Wonderful place to nap on the couch while you listen to the waves

This is my second time staying here and I can't wait to come back again! Jake & Jena are so great and reasonable to work with, too. They offer a fabulous space that's ocean front, clean, and cozy. I truly feel grateful the second I walk in the door to the airbnb.

I can’t say enough good things about the condo! If the beautiful scenery and private access to the beach weren’t enough, Megan’s use of limited space never made the condo feel crowded and it was fully stocked with anything you could need! She answered all of my questions (there were quite a few lol!) and she was so kind! It was truly an amazing destination for our first family vacation! A beautiful island, lots of shells, a quiet beach, and I already miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves.

What a wonderful place for a beach getaway. Everything about the property was exactly as described and pictured. The 2 downstairs king rooms had extremely comfortable beds. The upstairs suite was taller than I expected, my 6’ 7” husband could comfortably move around up there. The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, bowls, all the utensils and even a pot and strainer for a seafood boil. It’s a wonderful property, our favorite part was sitting in the deck chairs listening to the waves. I can’t wait to come back again.

Kelly is a fantastic host answering all questions we had and had the best informative guide I’ve ever seen through Airbnb renting, the location was also great! The beach is right at the Airbnb! The pool was nice, it did have a lot of trash in the bottom and unfortunately we did have a very loud neighbor rooming right above us. The room itself was very clean, and just like the pictures, very easy to walk to restaurants and activities! I highly recommend!

Great location, plenty of space for my family and I. Convenient ground level spot, easy for less mobile or handicapped folks. One thing I like to see in an AirBNB is more than one hand towel for kitchen use. The rest of the unit was very accommodating!

We enjoyed our stay and would return if we’re back in Surf City anytime soon. The location was ideal, only a short walk from the beach. The space was clean and comfortable as well.

Great location!

This was no doubt the most spacious, inviting, and clean beach condo we have ever stayed in. The layout is perfect, the balcony is huge, and the hallway and rooms make it feel like you’re in a full sized apartment. The ocean view was incredible and even though you’re in a condominium you felt like you had your own privacy. The area had a lot of beach area which had been a problem with finding the right place at North Topsail. Having your own community beach access that isn’t close to public access was also really nice. The owners were the nicest and most responsive people we’ve dealt with so far on Airbnb. We will be making this our beach vacation spot for years to come.

This was the perfect romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday! We enjoyed everything about this beautiful, quaint location.

This stay was perfect!!! It was exactly as advertised and in such a great location.

First, Thank you and your husband as veterans for your Service. Sarah was a wonderful host. Her condo faces the beach and pool area and they were very easy to access. It was very quiet during the day and night. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the waves. The appliances were all new and the condo was very clean. I had difficulty with the condo house number and the lock (operator error on my part) and Sarah answered my text in less than a minute and offered to come over if I needed. The beach was clean and very walkable.

We loved it! Just the right space for us. Luggage carts were helpful. Wish we had known it was at the St. Regis. We spent time at the pool when it was too windy on the beach. View was super. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the Pirate Grill. That said, we would happily come back.

Had the best time! This little place was perfect! It was quiet, and in the perfect location! Walking to the beach was so easy, and the beach was beautiful and not too crowded. The house had everything we needed and more. Such a perfect little place for a getaway!!!

Beautiful condo. Very clean and updated. My family had a great time and the host was excellent. Everything was so well thought out (well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and a full closet of beach essentials) Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tammy’s condo! She was a great host and quickly responded late on our first night when we had issues with turning on the thermostat. The view is beautiful, the beach was peaceful, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were just steps to the boardwalk for beach access, which was perfect with 2 littles. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved the location in salter path. The beach was nearly empty all week, very private. It got busier on the weekend but still plenty of space and just such a peaceful location. Very comfortable condo within a short walk of the beach, pool and hot tub. Bikeable distance to a few restaurants and a family dollar for supplies. Would highly recommend this spot for a fun family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here although short we came for a wedding and booked our stay here and would love to come back when we’re able to really enjoy the property and things to do. Lisa was lovely and was super nice during all of our interaction. My wife booked the stay and I had no knowledge about the property and I loved it. The beautiful garden and the cats and her dog Gomez was so friendly. The house came with everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay

Absolutely wonderful getaway weekend! Beautiful oceanfront property..was just perfect! We’ll definitely be back! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed, condo was clean, comfortable and an excellent location! Alison was extremely responsive and clear on check-in details. The space was perfect for my husband and I along with our adult children and infant grandbaby!

This condo was beautiful and has an even more beautiful view of the pools and ocean! We had a wonderful stay and would most definitely return!
