Spacious Apartment with Great Amenities & Garage

A lovely feel for this spacious flat (70 m2 / 753 sq. ft) inside of a family house with private entrance. Double bedroom, open plan living area with office area and two 120cm (47") wide comfortable beds (no sofa sleeping here), large kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. Close to central bus station, tram station or 20 min walk from the centre but very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Shops are nearby as well as nice local cafes and restaurants. Parking is available on the street or in our garage.

Enjoy in lovely studio located in safe, lovely and peaceful neighborhood Dubec, 400m away from main bus and tram station. Next to it is amazing bakery, in 4 minutes walk is super market where you can find post office, street market, main bus and tram station. Rest on high quality mattress and good pillow.
