a good place for a family. Very calm at night and near the old city center. We specially enjoyed the beach Paralia Arvanitias and the bakery Αλεύρι & Ζάχαρη - Σιδηράς Μεραρχίας for the bread and cookies

Δεν ξέρω από που να ξεκινήσω!! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά και μόλις 15'-20΄ περπάτημα από το κέντρο. 'Ολα τα είδη των καταστημάτων σε απόσταση βολής. Πανεύκολο check-in και είσοδος στο διαμέρισμα, χωρίς την παρουσία του οικοδεσπότη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο απλά ....με τα πάντα κι ακόμα παραπάνω και - βέβαια - πεντακάθαρο. Οι φωτογραφίες - θα έλεγα - δεν μπορούν να αποτυπώσουν την πραγματικότητα. Και μετά ο Αντώνης, ο οικοδεσπότης μας, πάει ...αγκαζέ με όλα τα παραπάνω. Ανά πάσα στιγμή στη διάθεσή μας, απαντούσε άμεσα, εξυπηρετούσε πάντα, διακριτικός ταυτόχρονα, δεν αισθανθήκαμε καν την παρουσία του. Τέλος, η αναλογία τιμής - παρεχομένων υπηρεσιών ήταν μία πραγματική έκπληξη, σε δύσκολες - οικονομικά - εποχές, ήταν το κερασάκι στην τούρτα. Αντώνη, σ' ευχαριστούμε πολύ, γι ακόμη μία φορά....

Nous avons passé un agréable Séjour dans cet appartement, plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Le logement était très propre, et correctement équipé. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, très bon séjour !

Το σπιτι ηταν τελειο πολυ ανετο και ας ημασταν επτα ατομα. Η κ. Γεωργια ηταν πολυ ευγενικη και κατατοπιστικη σε ο, τι χρειαστηκαμε. Σιγουρα το συστηνω!

The place was perfect for our stay in Navplion. Just a short drive outside the main city, afforded us a beautiful view and quiet evenings. The pool was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The suite itself was spotless with a nice living room and kitchen. If you do want to use the kitchen, we would recommend picking up everything you need including coffee, cooking oil and spices. Breakfast is also available at a cost of 10€ per person. The hosts were super helpful and positive. Would stay again!

incredible location! balcony (with table/chair) w view of typical european bustling plaza/square; get lost in the tranquility! super comfortable beds, host excellent communicator (needed to inquire about how to access hot water and they were responsive within seconds!) highly highly highly recommend!

Ο mr Jim ή ο κύριος Δημήτρης (για μας τους Έλληνες) είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος.Κατα την άφιξη μας, μας περίμενε στο σπίτι για να μας παραδώσει τα κλειδιά και να μας ενημερώσει για τις παροχές.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια όμορφη και ήσυχη γειτονιά και ήταν πραγματικά όπως το περιμέναμε, πλήρως οργανωμένο,πολύ καθαρό και αρκετά καλαίσθητο!

It was a great place to stay. Very quiet and private. Everything was very clean and perfectly organised. The house is even better in reality than what seems in photos.

A beautiful stay in the heart of the majestic town of Nafplio. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with a minimal design and equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable visit. The hosts are wonderful—very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Do note, however, that while the location is perfect, it is only accessible on foot via stairs, as there is no direct car access. This is something to consider for those with mobility concerns.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Leon's villa, situated in a small village with its own bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and small convenience store. The house is a 10 minute drive from the charming coastal town of Naplio and a 20 to 40 minute drive to many archelogical sites, including the Archaeological site of Mycenae and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. Leon's villa is beautifully decorated, confortable and clean. It is also very private and our daughters loved the pool and fragrant orange trees. Leon was a responsive and accomodating host, taking our booking request at short notice caused by electricity issues at our previous place. I highly recomend Leon's home and would love to visit again.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο, καινούρια έπιπλα και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Ο Δημήτρης είναι οικοδεσπότης που ενδιαφέρεται να προσφέρει ποιοτικές υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας, ανταποκρίνεται πολύ γρήγορα στην επικοινωνία. Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ ήσυχη αλλά σε 2 λεπτά με τα ποδια είσαι μέσα στα εμπορικά σοκάκια. Η αυλή του σπιτιού θα σας μαγέψει!

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

Maison disposant de tout le matériel adéquat pour cuisiner, se reposer, laver ses affaires, etc. Très propre (literie, etc). Hôte accueillant et disponible. Terrasse très agréable. Correctement situé pour rayonner (en voiture) dans le sud du Péloponnèse.

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. Dimitros vermietet eine wundervolle Wohnung, die unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen hat!! Die Ausstattung und das Styling lassen keine Wünsche offen. Super war auch die Tiefgarage! Perfect stay, the apartment has everything we could possibly need. It was super clean and comfortable and easy to check in, plus it was great to have parking right below. The neighborhood was quiet but walkable to everything in Nafplio.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les charmants propriétaires sont discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont offert de figues fraîches des œufs et des légumes délicieux venant du jardin. La maison est bien équipée, on peut y cuisiner facilement. La plage est à 5 minutes de marches. Il y a un côté très sauvage ou on peut se baigner nu et un côté plus convoité avec des parasols et des chaises longues accessibles gratuitement. On trouve dès cafés et restaurant en bord de mer à 10 minutes à pied. Bel endroit.

We had a wonderful five-day stay in the apartment, which was fully equipped and very comfortable. The balcony was a highlight — perfect for breakfasts and relaxing evenings. Everything was in excellent condition, and the thoughtful Easter touch made us feel truly welcome.

Lia was very friendly and organised. The place is great, hilltop overhanging a pebble beachfront with astonishing view from the large balcony. You access the exclusive beach direct from your balcony (loved that!), via a staircase and can choose your favourite spot (we enjoyed far left, where you can easily reach a small cave and lure in swallow water). Advise: pebble beach so we recommend to wear rock shoes (available at local minimarket, will help you in/out of water) and/or exercise your swimming ability. Our 12yo child loved the beach, but may become a problem with younger kids, especially with wind/waves that may be present in the afternoon. The apartment is nice and organised, with everything you need for your stay. Master bedroom, small kitchen with washing machine, nice bathroom and large living where you can arrange the sofa-bed for two more guests. Large balcony overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast / lunch / dinner or just rest cuddled by waves. Loved our stay!
