This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. A villa located on a site of about 1500 tsubo near the mouth of Nakagawa River in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture. You can spend a relaxing time watching the sunset over Mt. Tsukuba and yachts while feeling the comfortable breeze from the sea on the large deck terrace. Pajamas, winter coats, and other amenities are also provided. For active people, there is a great location within 20 minutes by car, such as Aquaworld Ibaraki Prefecture Oarai Aquarium, Oarai Sun Beach, Oarai Golf Club, and Hitachi Seaside Park. I recommend the fresh seafood BBQ from the Osakana fish market. There is also a golf course (90-yard short course) on the premises, perfect for golf lovers. Opening November 2024. innnn higashinagasaki is a renovated house that is about 50 years old, limited to one group per day. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.
