The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

It is only 28 minutes to the E45 and you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in Rødding and Gram in 10 minutes. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with a duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing pad in the bathroom. Idyllic, cozy and modern cottage of 72 sqm in scenic surroundings🌲🦆🦌🪵 Ribe city is about 4 km away ✨ The cottage is newly renovated and is well suited for couples, friends on a trip and families with children who can sleep in the same room, as the 1st floor is a large room. The only thing to note - however, very important, is that the railway is right next to the house, as the cottage was previously a caretaker's house and there is no fence🛤️

We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.
