Vacation rentals with a patio in Tochni

I stayed at Ellen's place for five nights. Costas, Ellen's dad, was very friendly and helped me settle-in with clear instructions. The place has a beautiful view of the ocean from both the bedroom and the living room and is very close to supermarkets, some eateries, the beach and the busstop.

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

Mr Djuro was a lovely host who even cared to accomondate my need for an earlier check-in and he even came to pick me up from the bus station to show me the place. The place was really nice and felt like home, it was also close to the beach and looked exactly like the photos. The place was also rather big and quiet!

Such a beautiful place with a great location, the host allowed us to check our very late cuz our flight was at 7PM, we really appreciate that. we loved the place lot felt like home, we will definitely come back again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Mazotos! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Pool, den wir fast immer für uns alleine hatten. Er wurde einmal pro Woche gereinigt, was grundsätzlich ausreichte, auch wenn eine etwas häufigere Reinigung bei längeren Aufenthalten eventuell angenehm wäre. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und auch der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Ohne Auto wäre es allerdings schwierig gewesen, sich fortzubewegen, daher würden wir definitiv empfehlen, eines zu mieten. Von Mazotos aus konnten wir problemlos verschiedene Städte wie Larnaca, Limassol und Nikosia erreichen, was tolle Tagesausflüge ermöglichte. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Airbnb – wir würden wiederkommen!

Квартира была точно такая, как в описании. Все было замечательно, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова! Хозяева очень отзывчивые, в квартире было все необходимое, отличный телевизор и вся техника новая.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and the space is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

The owner is an architect and the house is simply a heaven in the city. His partner is a wonderful designer and artist, so the interior is wonderful. Dynamic. Vibrant. I took some friends and their jaws hit the floor. Alexandros is a kind and friendly host. Always available to help. Even when I couldn’t work the job! Highly recommended. 5 Stars. Parking can be an issue but be patient. There is always a space within 100m.

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

We did a friend’s party during our stay. So the place is perfect for events like that. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Το κατάλυμα της Constantia ήταν άψογο! Πεντακάθαρος, αναικαινισμένος, σύγχρονος και προσεγμένος χώρος! Η ίδια ήταν αμεσότατη στην επικοινωνία με ευγένεια και σαφείς οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση στο χώρο!

The apartment was lovely. It was spacious, clean, well designed and well equipped. Mert was very helpful and informative. Check in and check out was very easy with the lock box for the key. Near to places to eat, the sights, shopping streets and the Ledra Street crossing. Although the street is poorly lit at night, as two women, we never felt unsafe. We'd stay here again.
