One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Embedded between a beautiful garden and the towering mountains is the apartment building Schlosserhaus, which perfectly combines modern architecture with the alpine style, with the 48 m2 holiday apartment "Latemar - Schlosserhaus 31" on the second floor.

Neue Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung (75 m²) auf einem typischen Südtiroler Bauernhof, in ruhiger Lage auf 950m, mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Etschtal. Der Hof betreibt eine Pferdepension; er beherbergt außerdem ein paar Schafe, Hühner, Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen und Katzen. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, unabhängig, mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und inkl. Bettwäsche & Handtücher. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Trampolin und Schaukeln. Minimum 3 Nächte.

In a very idyllic, quiet location in the middle of the fantastic mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the holiday apartment Laugen is located on the 1st floor of a house consisting of 2 holiday apartments and the flat of the owner on the ground floor. The very modern and cosy accommodation is built in the style of a loft and has a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. From here you can reach the bedroom which is located in an open loft.

For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
