Vacation rentals with beach access in Tiranë

We felt very comfortable in Aurel and Maria's apartment. The apartment has spacious furnishings and is as described in the pictures. The path to the beach was a few minutes away and restaurants, bars and markets for shopping were nearby. There was also a pharmacy in the area. 100% recommended!

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely great! We had an amazing time at this beach Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand — very convenient also for a family with young kids. Enjoying morning coffee or glass of wine on the patio added to this experience. Our host was great, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From helpful local tips to little touches around the home that made our stay extra comfortable, they went above and beyond. A rare find! A beautiful, very well-appointed studio with breathtaking direct sea views! Ervin is a great host: very nice and warm, he made himself available at all times to answer our questions and help us. We can only recommend this exceptional accommodation!

This apartment has a beautiful view and the beach is literally in front of you. Just go down the elevator, leave the building and turn to the left and the beach is 30 meters in front of you. I definitely recommend this property to visit in June like I did, because the beach is almost empty and the water is nice! Thank you.

Pleasant house close to the sea on foot (2mn) and all amenities. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Very nice and responsive host.

Our trip brings us for the second time Albania , and it is without hesitation that we opted again for Durrës to make the first stop (1 month). For having experienced the kindness of the Albanians, the good overall quality of the internet network, and the long walks in nature, it was obvious to get away from the noisy city center to try the adventure at Tea's in Hamallaj. And we weren't disappointed. It's actually a single storey house that has 2 large apartments, with a fenced garden. A location 500m from the beach, good WiFi connection, a really complete equipped kitchen, small shops in the neighborhood ( including a 3-minute walk that accepts Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, tooling store, 24/7 tobacco shop... And it seems that it slowly continues to develop, all within a radius of less than1 km. We'll definitely be back for a stop when we leave for the Adriatic! Thanks Tea:)

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Excellent place and excellent service from the host

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and as described. Only the kitchen could be equipped a little bit better. What we really loved was the proximity to the beach. Uejda was always reachable by phone. Even late at night she answered our messages or proactively offered great information about the surrounding area (restaurants, bars etc.) All in all definitely recommendable.

This is a beautiful studio and my stay was very comfortable. Great communication and very responsive. The close proximity of restaurants and stores made it perfect!

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. I had a fantastic stay at Feride's place! The space was exactly as described,clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.
