The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). We are walking distance to Magazine St, Garden District, St. Charles Streetcar line --- all of which offers plenty of site seeing, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Clementine's Room is a lovely hideaway in Mid City on Bayou St. John. It is simply a bedroom/bath with tile shower, washer/dryer, and king bed. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack. Also, it can be combined with our Sweet Suite for 2bed/2bath family booking

This historic apartment is centrally located one block off bustling Magazine Street - a hip, commercial strip known to locals for its bars, restaurants, and boutiques. It's one block from a grocery store, drug stores & bus line. It is also a close trip to the Garden District, Tulane, French Quarter, and the St. Charles Avenue street car line. It features a washer/dryer and a kitchen with all basic cooking amenities. Built in the 1880s, the apartment is awash with historic New Orleans charm.
