From the living room, there is access to a cozy courtyard and laundry room with a washing machine. A cozy furnished cottage with a personal touch, beautifully located in a quiet and child-friendly environment.

Located on a large, secluded plot with room for lounging, playing and ball games and good sheltering opportunities. Beautiful nature with many good trails around the area and to the playground. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is located about 1400 m from the beach and there are 1200 m to shopping.

Nearby you can find a playground, golf course, fishing lake and Lalandia Søndervig. There is Wi-Fi in the house, as well as great opportunities to read a book or play a game with the family.
