Great location steps away from all the restaurants and shops on the Main Street, and also from the shoreline for morning or sunset walks! The building is brand new, looks great and has a cool gym. Being in the town center, the units facing the street can be a little bit noisy (fairly expected) and bring your own body wash and shampoo but otherwise highly recommend!

Simply perfect! The location is unbeatable — just one block from the main street, we did absolutely everything on foot. The view from apartment 603 is even more beautiful than the photos show, a wonderful surprise! The place is super clean, with great quality furniture and very comfortable. Excellent internet, always hot water and the heating of the apartment worked super well — essential for the colder days. We have absolutely nothing to complain about! Laundry outside the apartment, but we use it perfectly. The hosts were amazing from start to finish. We had an unforeseen event and ended up locked in on a Sunday night, and they promptly came to help us. Jennifer, thank you so much for your attention and agility! Carrefour is close, as are several grocery stores and shops. The whole city is super accessible on foot — only the tours that need a transfer. Undoubtedly, the best hosting option in the city! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic spot for a week at the end of the world. Quiet, safe and with markets nearby. You can walk to downtown in 10 minutes. I would stay again.

The stay was perfect. The apartment is new, super comfortable, in our case for 4 adults, as there were 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We went in winter and the apartment is warm, so, recommendation: bring light clothes to be inside. The bedding and linens are new, very good quality. The kitchen has just enough to cook, but the reality is that the location is so good that there is a lot of variety to eat out or buy and eat in the apartment; in addition, the price range is very wide and for all budgets. The hosts were always very willing to answer questions and make recommendations. They are very friendly and professional. In short, it is an excellent place to spend a few days in beautiful Ushuaia.

Great apartment very close to the main street where you can find everything. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. The view is incredible. We really loved the outlook over the bay. It is just perfect for a couple.

Five star stay. We spent 8 nights here and were sad to leave. The hosts were wonderful, communication was easy and clear. The apartment was absolutely perfect. Even better than the photos. The huge windows overlooking the water bring in so much bright light. The apartment is wonderfully appointed with a lot of space and places to unwind. Comfy furniture, spacious bathrooms, huge closets, great kitchen space. Location cannot be beat, everything you need is a short walk away. This place is perfection.

The place was really nice with all you need. It's a 15 min walk away from the centre and you have a nice view from there. Monica was proactive and very nice, the breakfast was a plus. Definitely a nice stay!

I went with my boyfriend to stay at this place, and I should say that it's like feeling at home! Franco is friendly and polite, we didn't have many opportunities to talk because we went out at different times, but the few times we did, it was pretty cool. He has 3 dogs and although they are large they are quite calm, and his cat is spoiled😹. Very happy to have stayed here!

Fantastic place! We spent 4 nights there and didn’t regret it at all. Felt welcomed from the start and until the end. Perfect place for friends or couples who love to met new people, but still want some privacy!
