Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Pure nature bungalow for 2 adults and max. 1 child

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Wachau Getaway

Experience peace and nature in our 60 m² holiday apartment, ideal for couples or small families. It offers a bedroom with king-size bed, living room with sofa bed and Swedish stove, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

Relax with the whole family in "Haus Henk" Close to Vienna and close to many sights, this vacation home is located in the district of Korneuburg. Space for up to 8 people. Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed. The open plan ground floor has a fireplace, fully equiped kitchen with coffee machiner and dishwasher, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

New apartment in Weißenkirchen with stunning views

Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
