Beachfront vacation rentals in Three Mile Bay

The cottage was great. Rustic with a lot of character and reminded me of St Lawrence and Finger Lakes vacations when I was a kid. We've stayed at a number of places on the river over the years and this was the first time upon arrival I turned to my wife and said..."Now THIS is a river cottage." It had everything you could ever want to just be at the river and enjoy yourself. Susan was a great host, gave detailed, easy, and clear instructions and was very responsive.

The Cottage was wonderful! Fantastic place to get away from the daily hustle and enjoy time with the family boating, fishing and sightseeing! Morning coffee on the back porch was very relaxing start to each day and enjoying a nice beverage after dinner as you watched the sunset capped off the end of each day! The cottage had everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to enjoy on the river.

The cozy cabin was adorable! It has a million dollar view of the River - we loved watching the freighters and other boats go by! We really enjoyed having bonfires as we watched all the action on The River. Jeff was great! He responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. We were able to launch our kayaks from the little sandy cove area on his property which was very convenient. The fishing was great around the island. We truly loved the peace & quiet of being at his place. We would love to stay again next year.

This is a nice clean cottage and we were all very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the sunporch where we had a great view of beautiful sunsets on the lake - I love that the shore is actually the front yard! I also got to see a lovely sunrise over the pond (which is right across the road) from the master bedroom. There are games and craft supplies available and we painted a rock to add to the collection left by other guests. Slept very well - can't beat falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the shore. On bad weather days we were able to log into the smart TV and watch movies or do a jigsaw puzzle on the sun porch. There is also an extensive DVD collection. Neighbors are friendly. The private beach is just a 10 minute walk away and so nice! Grocery store, restaurants, and Southwick Beach State Park are just a few minutes drive up the road. We were sad to say goodbye.

Sabrina's place was extremely quaint and a great experience. What a cool experience being on such a remote area. The second, small ferry operators were very friendly and a pleasure to see. Sabrina's property was extremely well taken care of and has everything you need. The views were incredible and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place 😊

we had a small family reunion with siblings, and cousins not seen or hugged in decades. This property was simply perfect for a large family. Everyone had their own bed, towels, etc. The home is well insulated and the house is clean. We had sufficient hot water for showers etc. The coffee pot pretty much ran most of every day. It has a nice big fridge. The view and the beach are spectacular and the beach is very walkable. We would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely rebook with Michelle in the future.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, trotz weniger guten Wetters hatten wir sehr nette Tage. Den Kindern hat der Grünbereich zum Spielen gefallen und wir saßen gemütlich auf der Terasse. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die thousend islands, aber trotzdem ein ruhiges, gemütliches Fleckchen Erde. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und auch immer für ein Gespräch zu finden.

Great place to stay close to salmon streams we were fishing. Had enough space for the kids to entertain themselves away from the adults. The grass driveway got a little muddy between the two houses and is a tight fit if you have a full size truck but you will fit and some people may not like the well water smell but we did not mind. There’s plenty of stores to buy bottled water. Overall a great stay at a good price. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great location for our family's long holiday weekend. The beach was fantastic. Bring a wagon as it's a bit of a walk to get things through the sand dunes out to the beach, but once you're there, wow! Couldn't have been nicer with the little kids, as the water is shallow so they could play freely. Lots of space inside for us to have family dinners and big bathroom...and the huge sectional couch was big enough for everyone to veg out together in the mornings before the beach day began. Mary was quick to respond and very helpful with directions in the listing, complete with screenshots of the street turns, so finding it was a breeze. Thanks Mary! Hope to stay again some time!

This is a great little beach cabin with miles and miles of walkable beach right out the door. This location is a perfect place to unwind, relax in the hammock, listen to the waves, read a book, and enjoy a beautiful sunset around a campfire. We’ve stayed here a couple times now and won’t hesitate to book again.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at The Pines. Our children love sleeping in the middle bedroom with the windowsill, and they had great fun exploring the neighborhood including meeting the ferry captains and interacting with the ducks. Our hosts are friendly and responsive, and fixed an issue with the satellite TV before we knew there was a problem. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property with our kids. The location was fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment as a family. The house had everything we could need, with thoughtful details in every corner. The yard felt like a slice of paradise, complete with a canoe, swing, fire pit, and plenty of space for the kids to play. Although the weather was a bit windy and rainy, we’d love to come back again in better weather. Ann, the host, and Bart, the property manager, were incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Très bien situé avec un magnifique terrain et un quai! C'est un beau chalet très agréable et convivial, bien équipé. 4 chambres à coucher à l'étage, donc bcp de place au rez-de-chaussée ! Juste faire attention, si vs avez un bateau disons plus qu'un open deck il n'y a pas bcp d'eau pour accoster et bcp de roches! Rapport qualité prix c'est bien aussi! Seul point négatif mais sans enlever rien à tout le reste, le chalet aurait besoin d'un petit peu d'amour!! Mais je recommande ce bel endroit

If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay at the 1000 islands this place is a great choice. Quick drive to downtown Gananoque but still remote enough to enjoy a peaceful morning/evening with all the amenities you would like in a cottage (Beach/fire pits/dock). This unit in particular features a great balcony for BBQing and an awesome indoor sunroom with a gorgeous view of the St. Lawrence for dining and family game nights! It’s not often I will comment about the service at an airbnb, however during our stay we unfortunately had a situation when the air conditioning unit broke down. I reached out to Lance and he was very responsive and rectified the situation right away! Lance made us feel that he really cared about our experience and that went a long way for us. I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent location on St. Lawrence. Across channel from Clayton, about 10 minutes by boat. Property is private and located in small cove which shelters you from winds on the channel. The cove is a great for swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding and/or kayaking. It is a short boat ride to Eel Bay for fishing and to Thousand Island Park, which is great if you have kids. The house sits on a hill overlooking the cove, which is handy to watch your kids from the house while they are on the dock or in the water. Beautiful views of the river with nice shade from trees. The house is well equipped as indicated by the listed amenities. Jeff and Margery are fabulous hosts, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Our host, Ann, made us feel right at home and very accommodating. Her caretaker, Bart, was friendly and did a great job on the check-in and property orientation. The home is in immaculate condition and totally updated. The grounds are on a gorgeous and peaceful riverfront. We are returning next year!

This house was perfect for our whole family of 15! The weather was not great with, rain, wind, and cold, but all the games in the basement kept all the kids and adults busy so no one was bored or disappointed. Loved all the seating on the porches!

everything about our stay was wonderful the house was perfect and had everything anyone would need michelle answered any questions i had quickly and listed rules for the house clearly i recommend their house to anyone ...has plenty of room for large group...very comfortable will definitely go back

everything was labeled and directions and information was easy to get. My family really enjoyed our stay. wonderful sandy beach.
