Konum olarak Venice Beach de. Plaja çok yakın çevrede yapacak çok şey var; kafe, restoranlar yürüme mesafesi. Santa Monica tarafına yürüyerek geçebilirsiniz. Ev fotoğraftakinden biraz daha küçük ama 2-3 gunluk tatil için sorun yaratmaz. Bina çok ilginç her katta modern art var...İletişim hızlıydı sorun yaşamadık. If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Ana Maria’s place is an absolute gem! It’s comfortable, quiet, full of thoughtful touches, and a beautiful open space. But an even bigger gem is Ana Maria herself! She was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had!

I stayed here for a quick weekend trip for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. This was probably the most convenient location I’ve had for solo female travel. - Travel convenience without a car. Down the street from Hollywood and Vine train. Traveled to my concert without a hitch. Lyfts took less than 4 minutes max of waiting time. - A few steps from a CVS if you forget travel essentials. - I felt pretty safe. Though the neighborhood is full of characters (Hollywood!) the street was well lit at night. The building is restricted access, and the front door has less foot traffic relative to the rest of the block. - Apartment was clean and comfy, looks exactly like the photos. Hosts had clear instructions on where lights and temp control were in the apartment. Bonus points for stable WiFi. The hosts were quick tor respond to any questions I had via chat, which were few since their check in instructions were super clear. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend getaway.

I always stay here for the annual Ojai Music Festival. Great place close to Libbey Bowl. Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Eva is very responsive to questions. Recommended!

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Great hosts and great location. The apartment was peaceful and really designed for adults. The beach access was about as good as it gets. It was like staying at the Zachari Dunes Mandaly Bay Hilton but without the loud families with screaming kids. Hosts are very professional, thoughtful, and responsive. I look forward to my next stay.

Great overall place to stay and location is great and not far from freeway, lots of stores and food close to place. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Place includes everything that’s needed which was useful. Bigger fridge is out of service but you get a smaller fridge which worked great for us and the small food we had. Bed was comfortable and tv worked fine. Heater & fan was nice to have right by the bed. Bathroom shower is next to toilet but isn’t necessarily closed off so the water gets close to the toilet which we didn’t love. we ended up buying a small bathroom Mat to keep the water from going everywhere after we got out of the shower. Does get a little humid after showering but the ceiling fan helps too & window does open in bathroom to let air in. Light fan is available too but didn’t feel it helped a lot at first. Overall I felt we had a good stay & it was quiet/ pleasant during the time we were there. I would only mention it could be cleaned and dusted a little more.

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Great place if you want to explore Malibu and surrounding areas. Close to hikes, the beach and local drives are breathtaking. Shawn and crew were very responsive and helpful. The vibe is also so comfortable and just what you need for a stay. Would definitely stay again!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

This was a great place to stay. We were there for just one night but it’s a nice building, apartment and location. They were very helpful and responsive when we communicated. No issues at all and well worth the money.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war immer super! Alles wie beschrieben. Sollten wir nochmals nach Los Angeles reisen, werden wir aufjedenfall versuchen wieder die gleiche Wohnung zu buchen.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Tuve una experiencia increíble quedándome en este departamento en Los Ángeles. El espacio es amplio, moderno y súper cómodo, con una decoración muy cuidada que hace que uno se sienta como en casa desde el primer momento. La cocina está completamente equipada, lo que facilitó mucho preparar mis comidas, y la sala es perfecta para relajarse. Sin duda el mejor Airbnb en el que me he hospedado, recomiendo ampliamente.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.
