Die Unterkunft sah aus wie beschrieben. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht. Es hat mir gefallen, dass es sehr viel ruhiger ist als in der Stadt. Die Gastgeberin stand immer für Fragen bereit. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

房東很友善，經常與我們積極溝通，會解答我們關於行程的問題🙋🏼 房間設計非常光亮，床單被鋪亦非常舒適，很適合一大班朋友一起住，在露台亦能夠看到日出 最後check out的時候，還可以將行李暫存在樓下guard house。 深夜出入亦需要用鎖匙開啟樓下鐵閘大門，相對比較安全👍🏻 The landlord is very friendly and actively communicates with us, answering our questions about the itinerary 🙋🏼. The room is designed to be very bright, with comfortable bed sheets and bedding, making it ideal for a large group of friends to stay together. You can also see the sunrise from the balcony. During check-out, we could temporarily store our luggage at the guard house downstairs. For late-night entry, you need to use a key to open the iron gate downstairs, which feels relatively safe 👍🏻.

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

This is a nice and clean 3 BR apartment. The hosts Hang and Ha are very responsive and supportive. My children liked their rooms a lot. It will be our first choice when we come back Ecopark Hung Yen in the future.

We had a great time at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment. The space is clean, modern, and the view is absolutely stunning — truly worth every dollar. Having all three units on the same floor made it perfect for our group to stay connected and enjoy quality time together. The host, Ngọc, is incredibly humble and supportive. She went out of her way to assist us, even helping us find our next stay when we wanted to move closer to West Lake. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Hanoi with a kind and helpful host.
