the best view in Edinburgh, only a 20-minute walk from the city centre, then a further 20-30 minutes to the peak, this extinct volcano let’s you have a wonderful view of the entire city.

This is very walkable from the city centre. Once you're in Holyrood Park, allow about 25/30 minutes to get to the top. - Some routes are easier than others, and can be a little slippy if it's been raining.

Even if you’re not a big hiker (I’m definitely not), this is a great place to go! It’s about a 30 minute walk/hike to the top and the view is stunning .

Arthur’s seat is about a 2 hour hike up and down, with fantastic city views. Definitely a great option on a sunny day!
