Check out the Rooftop bar on a nice day with downtown city views. Located at the top of The Nines Hotel. We usually skip the restaurant and ask to go to the rooftop bar instead. Food is worth it if you are celebrating somthing special. $$$

Departure hosts one of the best rooftop bars in the city. Located in downtown Portland. technically it's a restaurant featuring Pan-Asian cuisine but it's best known for its rooftop lounge.
