The lighthouse is about a 30/40 minute drive from Ebony, but it’s well worth it. In the summer you can take a tour up the lighthouse and learn about its history. There are also beautiful walks and beaches from there, so take comfy shoes and a picnic and enjoy a lovely family day out.

Tour a working lighthouse, with spectacular views from this dramatic headland. Lovely exhilarating walks along the coastal path from here in either direction. www.trinityhouse.co.uk. Afterwards head north to see the remains of Hallsands and perhaps enjoy some refreshments at Beesands.

From here you can either walk to hall sands or do the loop down to mattiscombe beach and towards h light hours and around he point or vice vesa. You may even spot a seal family on your walk. This is one of favourite walks!
