Celebrating? It's $$$ but unbeatable 5-star! Chef is world-class and they grow almost everything there. You'll need an advance reservation for a table, but the bar is open seating and my favorite way to go... look for $1 oyster night.

The only Michelin rated restaurant around. The Italian fare is loved by everyone I know. Reservations are a must in the busy season.
