Their charcuterie is amazing as well as anything on their drink menu. We did the rabbit hole tasting which meant we were in the kitchen sampling a 16-20 course menu! If you are looking to treat yourself i highly recommend that! But a regular dinner seating is superb as well.
Since taking the helm as chef de cuisine of the Kimpton Aertson Hotel and its brasserie and standout bar in 2018, Daniel Scott Gorman has made the Southern-leaning seasonal menu his own, churning out stellar plates featuring ingredients from the Nashville region. The fall squash hand pies with chicken liver mousse, daily oysters, Henley mac and cheese, and duck with dumplings are all crowd favorites, and the Bear Creek Farm beef tartare is one of the best in the city.
