From Slussen kajen you can take the ferries to Djurgården, where e.g. the amusement park Gröna Lund, outdoor museum Skansen and the Abba Museum is located.

A cheap and easy way to get out on the water in Stockholm is to take the commute boat out to Djurgården. If you have an SL card (the one you use for underground train and buses) you can take the boat from Slussen Kajen.

From here you can catch a ferry to Djurgården to visit Gröna lund (tivoli), museums etc. It takes about 10 minutes.
